I would give them 5 stars but they need to be open later than 6pm.

Still my absolute favorite store! Great sales, great clothes, wonderful staff. I always get complements on anything I’m wearing that I’ve purchased from this store.

I am simply obsessed with the gifts and trinkets in this store! They are stocked with fun flasks with witty sayings, earrings, statement necklaces, and even purses that aren’t so bad price wise. For a night out you can also sometimes discover a cute clutch purse here. It’s like a museum… you could spend forever just looking around. They are constantly updating their inventory too. Cute tops and dresses too and I love when stuff goes on sale! Check them out during the fall season because they will have some awesome scarves and boots on deck! Can’t wait for my next shopping trip.

This is a little gem of a boutique and I love this shop! I went in for the first time (I’ve lived here over 7 years & pass it 5 times a day) a few weeks ago for a few gift items. They have such an eclectic mix of merchandise that it kinda feels like being on a treasure hunt when you go in. Around every nook and cranny something fabulous might be tucked away! They way they display things is really well done because there is A LOT of stuff, and yet it doesn’t look cluttered or crammed in. I went to the one on Lovers & Inwood, and ended up getting a fun flask (see photo) and more. But wait… I also went into Preston/​Royal and it had the same «treasure hunt» feel too!
My point of going in yesterday was to get a really nice little ring tree with an elk to «hang» the rings on and they were out of stock. I wanted something animal-​ly to go with the hunting lifestyle of my friend) and asked Alexis (who works at Inwood location) for help. Alexis was fantastic and SO helpful!!! She suggested a giraffe ring tree, but when there were none in stock she offered to call the other 2 locations to check on both options. The Preston/​Royal shop had one in stock so she had it put on hold for me. That’s AWESOME customer service!
While I was still there, I looked through the clothing and ended up getting 2 cute spring summer dresses because, I COULDN’T resist. They were priced at $ 48 each and honestly, I’m so used to paying 4 times that much, or more, that I had to grab them. Sizing runs a little small in the ones I chose, so definitely try things on when shopping. I didn’t have time to try on, but they made sure to advise me that they have a 14 day return policy in case they didn’t work out for me. I normally wear an extra small, but they don’t carry that size so I purchased the small in both dresses and they fit perfectly! LOVE that cause I don’t have to wait or pay to get them tailored… makes it an even BETTER bargain!
I left and went straight to the Preston/​Royal location and got the ring tree they were holding. I still needed a nice clutch purse as part of the birthday gift, and they had the perfect one! So at this location, I got a clutch for my friend’s birthday present AND one for myself (see photo). The prices are so fabulous (nice leather clutch for $ 38) and THEN 30% off. Once again, I couldn’t resist!
They took my name and email as I checked out and I got a pleasant surprise email today saying thank you along with a 20% discount on my next purchase. I’m definitely going to use that sooner rather than later!
Here’s my summary: at Francesca’s I found great prices, cool unique & fun items, stellar customer service and that makes me a VERY happy and satisfied new customer!!!
If you need a gift for a girlfriend, or a host gift, or you just feel like visiting a treasure box of a boutique, definitely stop in and you won’t be disappointed!

I have really fallen in love with this store after moving back to Dallas. I can always find a cute top, skirt, sweater, pant. anything! And the gift tables are awesome. I’ve bought nick nacks for friends, my mom, coworkers, even my dad! Ha! I shop here monthly if not weekly (shhh.don’t tell on me!) ;)

Love this place. One of my favorite places to shop. Reasonable prices and beautiful clothes. They also have cute, quirky, random gifts. Every employee I have ever encountered there has gone above and beyond to find a size I need or a style I am looking for. Well done, Francesca’s. Well done.

Don’t let the word boutique scare you: like Elvia said, the prices are very reasonable — not much more expensive than the Gap next door I’d say. Plus there’s almost always some sort of sale going on, in store and/​or online.
I have a purse and some sweaters from here, and received many compliments and «where did you get it from?» questions. I love their whimsical styles, but sometimes wish they had more grown-​up (but still cute) pieces and used thicker fabrics to construct the tops & dresses. Besides clothing & accessories, they also sell one-​of-​a-​kind gifts (think bridal showers & birthdays). It’s small, but there’s a lot to be discovered in this adorably laid-​out store!

If you’re a shopper like I am, you must go here. It’s fun to just browse and look at all the trinkets. They have accessories, clothes, shoes, candles, stationary and great gift ideas. i would describe it as a boutique because they have quality items, but they’re not expensive. Most of the items are reasonably priced. Today, they had a sale on accessories. Buy one, get one half off. I will definitely go back when I have more time.
