Probably one of the biggest stores in the galleria– has 1 cashier in which you have to walk half the galleria to get to their cashwrap. Also, if you want to try on anything you better take 3 different sizes because the dressing room is closed on the top floor. So you have to walk back across the entire store. No wonder its forever 21 because 21 minutes feels like forever in there– smdh … Hate this store! Makes me mad everytime! Never going back.

This place is a RIP. I bought a ton of clothes, tried to return one item I bought last week, had the receipts and they will NOT REFUND… GET THIS. the company policy is to not issue refunds under any condition, receipt or no receipt.
The merchandise is CHEAPLY made and the store TAKES ADVANTAGE of you, STAY AWAY, this is another flaky store that wont be around in 6 months taking advantage of their customers!!!

I love this place beyond words. And honestly it’s this particular location, because others I have been in are not so clean and glamorous. Granted this one is in the Galleria, this store is just amazing. Whether you walk in on level two or three you walk into beautifully dressed mannequins. There are more modern looks, to hippy, trendy, men’s and plus size’s as well! this place really does appeal to so many. The employee’s are always friendly, helpful and dressed so trendy. Their shoe selection freakin kicks but, if your in the galleria and are looking for a great deal and lot’s to choose from this is the place!

I love Forever 21 for accessories especially necklaces. I haven’t had the greatest luck there recently but overall you can find some good items that aren’t expensive.

One of the biggest locations I have been too, it is two stories and very organized, from clothing, accessories and shoes. Usually you have to get an employee if you need anything because they don’t ever come up to you.
They don’t do refunds, only store credit or exchanges.

The smallest forever in the world! Very weird selection of forever merchandise, really messy, and did I mention SMALL?! If you’re looking to hit up a forever 21 In Dallas go to Northpark or Shops at Willow bend! They make this store location look like a hole In the wall!!!

This is the smallest forever 21 I have ever been too. They don’t have as large of an accessories or sale section. Also the employees are completely rude! 5 of them were just hanging out in the entrance way of the dressing room chatting it up. If you asked them to help you with something they seemed like it was a huge burden. I got the feeling they were making fun of me every time I came out to look at my self in the mirror. Ok so I’m not a size 0, go F yourself.
