Esmeraldas French Bakery

I was smoking a corned beef and needed a marble rye and was lucky enough to find this place. They aren’t really set up for retail just yet, but let me explain their greatness. I called David and ordered a loaf of bread, he thought I wanted pumpernickel, but I wanted the marble rye. He forget to put in the order, which would have been the wrong order, and offered to give me the marble rye for free, which is what I originally wanted anyway. I had to force him to take my money, and he told me I could call anytime. The best part, it was the best marble rye I have ever had in my life. The area code on here is wrong, it’s (469), and it’s a tad hard to find, it’s in the very back of an industrial park setup on the right. I love this place…
