Thanks for the support at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas on Food Truck Friday’s and for that you get 5 stars. This was my 1st visit since yall having been coming out and I have heard nothing but great things but I had to take 1star away because although the sweet low down is the bomb it was raw inside and I was unable to enjoy it at its finest. But it was love at first site but not at first bite. But service was awesome and quick. And when you only have 30 min for lunch that’s important. I will definitely try you again the next time you come to Children’s…everyone is entitled to a bad day every now and again.

I had Easy Sliders for my first time September 2015. Today was Food Truck Friday at Parkland and I met up with a friend to partake. Once I saw Easy Sliders was there it didnt really matter what other trucks were there, I knew exactly what I was going to get. I went with the same burger I had my first time, the Sweet and Lowdown, because I remembered how much I enjoyed it the first time. My memory of the burger didnt let me down as this time it was just as awesome as the first. For those that don’t know the Sweet and Lowdown burger is a beef patty with bacon, goat cheese, and strawberry jam. The way the sweetness of the strawberry mixes with the goat cheese is something that just has a way of working. Only complaint I have about the place is that it is on the pricey side. Got two sliders and a 8oz Dr Pepper for $ 10. Beyond that I can’t recommend them enough.

Dare I say my favoritest food truck of all? The Nutty Pig and Sweet & Lowdown were the first sliders I tried and I’ve never been able to order anything else since. The flavors are so creative and tasty and despite the small(slider) size, the meat is never overcooked or dry. Throw in friendly service and you’ve got a winner! I hear they’re opening up a shop in Deep Ellum… I’m not sure how well food trucks have done starting brick & mortar businesses but I wish them the best and hope they have some late night hours on weekends because it really hits the spot after an evening out :)

By far my favorite food truck that rolls into our office park! I get the Sweet & Lowdown every time it is SO good. They had me at goat cheese. $ 8 for 2 sliders isn’t bad either.

The Nutty Pig never fails. A twist on a classic that left me trying to recreate this slider at home!

Best Food Truck I have ever found! I was introduced to this particular food truck in 2013 at the Hollywood Heights 5K. I tried two of their sliders and just fell in love. My absolute favorite is their Sweet & Lowdown with the goat cheese and strawberry jelly. Anytime I see this truck I am running for it. :)

I’ll be honest, I never quite understood the appeal of sliders. I like to wrap my lips around a giant burger and you just can’t do that with a slider. Thank you, Easy Slider, for showing me the light. Some friends and I were beyond ravenous upon touchdown in Dallas and drove straight to the Truck Yard.(Well done, TSA, for ruining our pre-flight food plans.) I had previously spied the food truck line up for that day and prepared my game plan in advance. After securing alcoholic beverages, we swarmed the food trucks. The Roadside was delicious, but the surprise winner was the Sweet and Lowdown. Strawberry jam, goat cheese, and bacon on a burger sounded a little too frou-frou for me, but I gave it a shot. All I can say is holy fuck was it good! They were quickly and perfectly cooked to order and beautifully presented. I admired them for a moment or two before the hunger won over and I tore into them. They may be small, but they sure do please you in other ways.

This truck comes to my job sometimes and I’m so happy when they do! These are NOT your normal sliders honey ! Their combinations are so unique. The Sweet & Low is my favorite! An angus burger with goat cheese and jam! Sound weird? Yeah, but it’s so delicious and succulent! It’s «almost breakfast» but not quite. I love it! My next favorite would be the Roadside with BBQ sauce, bacon, french fried onions, and jalapenos! Yummy yummy for my tummy! The service is great and the ladies who run the truck have a great sense of humor while you wait. Prices are great! 3 sliders for $ 11. I can’t wait until they visit my job again !

Oh lord do I love these sliders. I get The Nutty Pig and absolutely love the peanut butter part. Their food trucks are at several big, outdoor events in Dallas so you gotta try it at least once! 2 for $ 8 or 3 for $ 11 mix and match sliders. I usually get 2 as that is juuuuusst enough. They post their schedule on their website and keep their Facebook up to date with where they are. So you can never miss out on this blue beacon of hope and slider goodness.

These are so super yummy! I was recently at the Reunion Tower Lawn Party and had these bad boys. They charged $ 8 for 2 sliders. Even though there were a ton of food trucks at this event, I ended up coming to this food truck first and pretty much fell in love. I ordered the Roadside and the Sweet and Lowdown. They were amazing! I didn’t expect to love the Sweet and Lowdown so much because there’s strawberry jam, goat cheese, and bacon on it but it worked perfectly together. Overall, the food truck employees were friendly, efficient, and made exceptional sliders. I can’t wait to have this again.

Every time I spot this baby blue food truck at an event, in a park or around town, I am one happy, hungry girl! These guys serve up the most unique combination of flavors and fixings on their sliders that may make you think twice. But don’t… they work brilliantly! My favorite? The Sweet & Lowdown, duh! Fluffy butter bun, juicy beef patty and the best flavor combo of smooth, creamy goat cheese spread and strawberry jam. So delicious and unique. It’s really the best damn slider in the city!

They come to the SMU campus a lot. The nutty pig is amazing. I like the french revolution a lot too. The pricing isn’t bad, especially for combos. They take a little bit to get the sliders out but they are worth it. This food truck is a must-try!

I remember a late Tubachristmas night several years ago. I was making my way out of the Double Wide after playing way too much tuba and having made my fair dent in their stock. Easy Slider was there and waiting. The lady in the truck insisted that this awful goat cheese strawberry burger was great and that I needed to get it. Who wants a strawberry and jam on their burger? Apparently I do. The Sweet ‘n Lowdown is pretty great and I find myself eating one every time I see this truck. The Roadside burger is my other usual gig. I’ve tried a handful of others, but at this point, it’s a Sweet ’ Lowdown with a Roadside. Pricing is reasonable for food trucks and things are always cooked well. Buns are sweet and have a great flavor. I don’t eat chips too often, but they’ve got ones that I’ll be okay with. I’m always looking for this one when I hear there’s a truck coming around.

I’ve been wanting to check out Easy Sliders for quite some time, and saw that the truck was going to be parked in front of my work building this week. I knew this was fate! I ordered the Sweet Low Down and Nutty Pig(they were 2 for $ 10) and waited patiently(less than 10 minutes) for my lunch. I have this thing about goat cheese on burgers… It’s my absolute favorite thing ever but I’ve only been to a couple of places that do it right. Let me tell you, Easy Sliders did it BEST. Goat cheese + strawberry jam + BACON!!! Orgasmic. This little burger was cooked to perfection and was so so so so goooooooood! Like, slap ya mama good. I seriously wanted to go order 5 more after I had one bite. And the Nutty Pig. Peanut butter on a burger? Umm, yes please! Pure awesomeness! The combo just works. I’m so happy I’ve finally gotten to try this truck! Pleeeeeease Easy Sliders, come to Thanksgiving Square at least once a week so a girl can get her eat on!

Luckily for me Easy Slider made its way to the Truck Yard during my visit to Dallas. Initially I was going to go for the original slider, but figured… what the heck. let me try something new and different. I saw the Nutty Pig and hadddd to try it. A hamburger slider with bacon and peanut butter. Noms. The order came with two sliders and it was deliciousssss! Seriously… so good. The meat was cooked just right and was nice and juicy and the peanut butter complimented the burger so well. Also, the guy that took my order was extremely nice!

* This is my favorite food truck in Dallas, and for good reason * It’s time to give credit where credit is due folks. I’ve been here in Dallas for nearly a year and a half now, and you’ll find that the number of times I’ve visited Easy Slider(see right there, where it shows how many times I’ve checked in?) is TEN. That’s ten times, which is WELL more than virtually anywhere else. There’s a reason for that, and it’s because Easy Slider is absolutely brilliant. Star 1: How was the service and atmosphere? You know what’s tough to do with a food truck? It’s hard to develop a friendly atmosphere, but Easy Slider manages to pull it off with smiling faces that will actually recognize you if you’re a frequent guest. Besides that, the burgers come out fast while staying fresh. Star Granted. Star 2: How were the portions relative to the cost? $ 3.50 for a little slice of heaven? absolutely. Yes, you’ve got to order two or more, which will put you out $ 7, but it’s $ 7! and that means you can get two different kinds!(which you should). I would gladly eat two of these over a single $ 7(unless it’s from Off Site Kitchen), and that’ll be the case with you as well once you try them. At this point I’ve had damn near every burger on the menu, and at a consistent $ 3.50 per piece pricetag, it’s fair. Star Granted. Stars 3 and 4: How was the food? Want to know the best part of a burger? The patty, and what’s the best part of the patty? That’s right! the outside of it! It’s for this reason that the slider idea is such an amazing one. You get a great ratio of outside patty to inside patty, and it makes the whole thing that much better. Throw it together with fantastic toppings and you’re looking at a masterpiece, which is exactly what these are. I don’t care which one you get — you’re going to love it. Dual Stars Granted. Star 5: Would you eat here every day if you could? Yes, Off Site Kitchen dishes up the best burger in Dallas, but Easy Slider is the best food truck, and I seek it out regularly. Star Granted.

yum yum yum. this is actually the first place i have ever had sliders, and I love the concept. You want different meats, different toppings, might as well sliders so you can get multiple ones! sweet and low down — the goat cheese tangyness combined with the sweetness of the strawberry is a good mix on this burger the roadside– has some tangy BBQ on it, and bacon, which can’t ever go wrong with adding bacon, but I love BBQ sauce taste, so this was a little different to have with beef but I loved the combo baby bella– which I love mushrooms, and i love that they have at least one option for any vegetarians out there very good sliders and food coming from a food truck! Hope to try them again.

Easy Slider is a dream crusher. Hear me out: Delicious. Is there really any other way to explain it? I’ve tried The Sweet & Lowdown and The Nutty Pig. The latter includes bacon & peanut butter! And topped with a cute pretzel. I couldn’t get over just how good peanut butter tastes on a burger. My partner in crime and I were beside ourselves. Then we tried the former which consisted of goat cheese, strawberry jam, & bacon and topped with a strawberry. Are there any other ways to tempt you to try them? I mean seriously? It was at that moment when I finished both sliders I closed my eyes and wished they would come to San Antonio and stay there permanently. Then I was back in San Antonio. And they weren’t there. And all my hopes and dreams were crushed… le sigh…
