This was my first online order, and after spending all the time selecting what we wanted, and entering our credit card information… this location called immediately to tell us that our delivery will take THREEHOURS? No apology, just a statement of fact given, as apparently they had only one delivery driver who was«just too busy?!» Are you kidding me??? If I had read the reviews from other customers, I wouldn’t have wasted my time! If the company could care less about the fact that a customer cannot have a pizza delivered, is consistently receiving horrible and consistent reviews, nor are they following up with this store’s franchise owner to fix the problem… then why bother with an online service, or silly commercials bragging about its fabulous service and pizzas, at al?! Can you people at the corporate level NOTREAD? People are telling you the problem, and you’re obviously uninterested! There are a hundred other pizza places to use, and any one of them can have my business! Thanks for absolutely nothing, Dominoes.

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star, but you can’t give less than 1. Order pizza for delivery at 5:30. Still not here at 7:30. I called twice to check on it they said it’s on the way. After 2 hours and it’s still not here, I called a 3rd time. Guy who answered said«pizza is sitting on the heat rack and it will be another THREE to FOUR hours». My credit card has already been charged. He said they would reverse the charges. They better. Ridiculous! How about next time just saying you aren’t doing delivery for whatever reason the FIRST time I call looking for my order. I will never order pizza from Dominos again.

Same experience as below. Online ordering was great, waited over an hour with it showing the quality check was complete. I called the store and they said wait was actually around two hours but they can’t edit the online system. What a joke! I cancelled the order and went and picked up at Lovers Pizza. Hopefully I actually get my refund…

So here’s an update… apparently Domino’s corporate reads Unilocal.Kinda cool I thought. They sent me a link and a reference number and asked me to submit. Soooooo… I did what they asked and they copied me on their correspondence to the franchise owner. Well guess what. No surprise… ZERO follow up from the franchise owner. They do not care. I don’t know why I’m surprised. I thought maybe I might get a nice email or something. I never asked for my cash back. Just wanted them to know that I got a really bad product. They don’t give a cr@p!

Put my order in at 7:34 pm tonight. It’s now 9:27 pm and still no pizza. Called at 8:48 pm and was told that it hadn’t even left the store. Called at 9:17 pm and was accused of lying about calling 30 minutes before… and still no pizza. BULLSHIT. Demanding a refund from corporate.

ordered online– driver called from store to say could not find our house(we live on a horseshoe street, house clearly numbered)-gave driver additional directions-part of order was missing– driver stated would return with rest of order-immediately returned stating missing portion had fallen in the car– pizzas were burned– lava cakes were toppled from falling out of bag(is that crumbs or dirt from the floor board, either way they were tossed) — food was cold– called store explained issues, asked for refund– put on hold– person who answered wasn’t told why I was calling-explained it all over again-was told refund would process in 3 – 5 days. Found alternate dinner. Based on new ads were expecting better quality food for $ 36– you can give me my money back but you can’t give back the time I had to take to find another dinner– instead of eating at 7:30 as expected I had to scramble to find a substitute dinner — for most families a bad experience isn’t replaceable with a refund– it’s time we can’t get back and additional stress no one needs especially when you have kids. For the cost and time we would have gone to Lovers– much better quality food and faster service-this Dominos just happens to be on the corner of the major street in our subdivision so we thought it would be fast and the food would have been fresher. Won’t make that mistake again.

Cold burned pizza with a side of dropped lava cake. This is the worst pizza delivery experience ever. If Dominoes cared about their quality and their brand, they would pull this franchise from its owner. Don’t order from here.

This ‘delivery’ place has a REAL problem with delivery. Everytime I’ve called they say there is up to a two hour wait for delivery. When I place an order, I see the status show my order has been completed and then quality checked and then it just stalls… sits there for a very long while before it finally moves out to delivery. I’ve lived in multiple cities and even areas of Dallas where I’ve never experienced this kind of delay. It is this location. They’ve gotta work it out. As far as food, and delivery person friendliness all has been good. Inside experience is a bit. um ‘ghetto’.

devante was very rude on the phone, i had to cancel the order after 1 hour and 20 minutes of not seeing the pizza here. he said the delivery time is 1 hour and 30 minutes and your stupid system said 44 minutes. this devante guy had the worst customer servce ever, do not order from this site. its horrible!

Ya know, I’m not much on chain places, but Dominos has won me over. The sandwiches are really good and fairly cheap. Also the new artisan pizza’s taste great and overall the price makes it a pretty good deal.
