When you walk in you are greeted with a smile. Inquired on pricing to remove gel nails and proceeded to a station. It was not the cleanest. There was a half drank water bottle and liquid spilled at the station. I inquired about the mess and it was swept to the side. Well, I got my gel nails removed.

I will never come back to this place it is Horrible I told the lady I wanted solar nails. What I got was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of 35 dollars! She put the white part first then the pink I told her you could clearly see the fake nail at the bottom and she said its because I didn’t get the nail long enough! There lumpy and acrylic is missing on the bottom clearly this lady had no clue what the hell she was doing. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

HORRIBLE!!! The ladies were ice but I asked when I called and when I went in if they did nail art off of pictures. What I showed thenm and what I got was 2 different things! I WILL NEVER USE THEM EVER AGAIN! HORRIBLE! My nails were crooked at the tips! My cyrstals were sparse! I went home and completed their job and looked 100 times better!!! SHould of know when I walked in and they were waiting for clients that it was bad!!!
Did I say NEVER again! I will drive to Oak Cliff to Fantasy Nails from now on!!!

Horrible listen to the ladys chuckle about me for an hour… thought I was being paranoid so i called a friend and let him listen to the conversation he text me back the general conversation I’m shocked and hurt… I’ll never visit the place again and to think I braught a $ 20 tip…
