A great place to eat when you do not know what you want to eat. Why? Because the menu is massive and covers lots of categories. Something for everyone. The breakfast choices are particularly amazing. Try the spinach chicken crapes and never look back! If you are coffee fan you will be overwhelmed with the choices of freshly ground and brewed coffee here. Enjoy!!!

If you want to preach to the choir of Dallas nightlife, come here to keep up the party once the bars officially closed. You will rub elbows and laugh at nothing with every cross-section of the Dallas culture; really amazing. The parking lot fills up with the most modest to the enviably customized cars. The music is pumping. Some of the men wear more jewelry than the women. Jeans can be worn anywhere within three feet of the waste line. Once inside, you will be impressed with the speed of the service and the jovial nature of the mess hall. Blame the fun on the alcohol. Café Brazil has surely helped the bellies of its patrons slow down before moving on. Ask for anything you want. Even if you’re just trucking through town, you’ll be treated as good as a local.

When it is late at night and no other food restaurant is open, this place is great compared to denny’s or ihop… That being said it is a good place, and the food is usually high quality, but I think the service is not always spot on late at night, since they get a lot of people that are hungry and drank too much for one night… Aside from that I have never had a bad meal here…

Quick look rating: 4⁄5 Food, 4⁄5 Service, 5⁄5 Experience, 5⁄5 Will I return Great breakfast place! The place is open 24 hours! But be aware, it will pack at a moments notice! Get there early, it’s not fancy, but with a cup of one of their many wonderful coffees and a plate of smoked turkey migas, it’s heaven! I have tried a number of different meals, but, the top one’s are the smoked migas and the french toast with fruit. This is a fun place to meet up with family before they leave the area! To note! Their coffee bar is fun, so many fun flavors, and also the add in’s, but be carful! Fun place, but the staff can be slow when the place is packed! Yes, I really like this place!

I LOVE this location because I can walk there with my dog, sit outside on the patio and have a nice breakfast with coffee before walking home. This trip BONUS: Sean Lowe and Catherine from The Bachelor were eating inside! lol The coffee bar is great, and it’s nice to have choices and be able to mix it up with each cup for $ 2.89. My only one suggestion, for those of us who are lactose intolerant, please provide dairy free milk/creamer. Today, I tried the Chicken Brazilian Breakfast and it was a delicious meal– $ 9.29. The chicken empanada was a nice breakfast touch, though the chicken was slightly bland. My breakfast came with 2 scrambled eggs that were nice and fluffy, rosemary red potatoes, toast, and a jalapeño. A very solid breakfast with more than enough food for breakfast. The poblano crêpe was also very tasty-$ 8.99. It came with eggs, toast, and hash brown casserole. I tried one small bite, but thought it was very good. They do have great breakfasts choices here! So many it’s hard to decide what to have and they mix it up some from other local breakfast spots. So now the bad news– I had over half of my breakfast left and while the waitress Maribel was giving us our check. I asked for a to go box. While I was waiting for my to go box, a slight breeze came through and a ¼″ thick piece of dried bird poop mixed with feathers landed on my plate of food and also a huge chunk pelted me in my back. During this time, I am listening to birds poop right behind my chair. So I am dodging fresh splatters and dried chunks of bird poop while waiting for my to go box. Maribel arrives with my to go box, and I hand her my plate(two pieces of toast, half of my egg portion, and half of my potatoes still on the plate) and tell her that the chunk of poop landed on my plate. My food was ruined, and I could not take it home now. She said sorry and quickly walked away. I walked away feeling nauseous and most importantly disappointed I didn’t get a picture of the disgusting event. Additionally, I was very put off by the fact I wasn’t even offered by anyone at Café Brazil to remake what I had planned on taking home. I would be more understanding if I never asked for a to go box and it happened while the waitress was away, but I had every intention of taking my food home for breakfast tomorrow. Bottom line, I like the food here and I am certainly not going to waste a $ 10 breakfast I paid for. As much as I LOVE this chain breakfast spot and love the exercise I get in route here, along with the dog friendly patio. I honestly don’t know if I can stomach returning here. Maribel was a great waitress the whole time; however, if I were waiting tables and that happened to my customer I would have notified a manager or done a little more to make the customer happy/ensure they return. CAFEBRAZIL– PLEASECLEANUPTHEDISGUSTINGBIRDPOOPSITUATIONONTHEPATIO!!! I want to return, but I have no desire to if my experience will be the same.

I love the food here(this chain restaurant). It is a reliable place to get something to eat. It is clean and the food is made fast and doesn’t change from place to place despite the various cooks and location. This location was crowded but we got the food that we ordered in a short amount of time. It was hot. I recommend this spot when you want food for a decent price.

Solid breakfast, particularly love the coffee bar. Even the decaf is good. Service has always been good too, plenty of space to sit and it’s quiet enough where I don’t need shout to have a conversation. Good place for a breakfast meeting if you want to really want to get to know somebody. I usually go to the one on Greenville and order the Brazilian breakfast. –John

I love Café Brazil! I usually go to the Carrollton location(which is also good) but a few nights ago we decided to stop by since this was near my friend’s house. I usually get the El Gordo crepes(which are amazing!) but this time I ordered the maybe equally amazing Banana Bread French Toast! It was delicious and although at first look I thought maybe it wouldn’t be enough food, when I was done I was more than full. Of course, who doesn’t love the unlimited coffee bar? That’s always a plus. My husband and my friend both really enjoyed their meals as well. Our server was friendly and attentive. I’ll be back!

Love love love this place. The waitstaff is by far one of the best late night crews I know. I’m a server who usually gets off at 3am so some of us come to this place. The food is your average meal but it’s the atmosphere that gets me. I had the BBQ burger some days ago and it was sooooo good. Y’all are bomb!

As a college student I have spent many all nighters writing a paper in Café Brazil or stopping by for a midnight snack after a night out. I love this place! The food is not great but as long as you do not expect a gourmet meal you will not be disappointed. I suggest the grilled cheese with avocado and tomato. The real charm of Café Brazil is its atmosphere. The bright colors and fun pop music make it always a fun place to grab a quick cheap meal with a friend. Not to mention that it’s a great place to people watch. No matter what the hour there will always be some one in Café Brazil. My personal favorite part of the restaurant is the bottomless coffee bar. Café Brazil has become a staple of my college life.

It is with regrets that I write this review. This place was once a favorite for a late breakfast or late night meal in the DFW. We still love the coffee but the food was not hot the first time it came out(French Toast) and the second time they brought it out it was bland and lacking any cinnamon or sugar. This will be the last time I visit this location!!! The server was great, I just wish the food was as good

No wait to sit us even though we got there around 2am. The waiter was pretty good and attentive, i did ask if there was going to be a long wait consisting there were 2 big parties. Waited for about 15 – 20 minutes after the order was placed. Always impressed with their food.

I used to come here when I was in college, and it’s nice to know this place is still delicious and has that relaxed, bottomless coffee atmosphere. The restaurant is quite small, so come at a decent time to expect seating. Weekday morning around 9am was not a problem with seating. However, it was still quite busy albeit that it was New Years Eve. Two and a half entrees plus two coffees came out to about $ 30. The holiday blend was delicious and flavorful. I ordered a half french toast and my husband had a breakfast entrée. I thought they did a pretty good job for a basic breakfast restaurant. The toast was a good size, although it wasn’t the typical tall Texas toast. The other entrée had great potatoes although portion size was medium/average. The best part about this place is the casual atmosphere, bottomless fresh ground coffee, and hours. It’s open all the time! I would definitely stop by again.

Food was great! Cute little restaurant with an open coffee bar that has some great flavored roasts. Husband had the Mexican omelette which he thought was a little small but taste-wise he really liked. I had the huevos rancheros, for the first time ever, anywhere, and really liked it! I think the biggest plus here is that the menu is huge and I’m sure something for everyone. Also, the classic breakfast items each had their own twist so makes it special. I would return!

It’s Thanksgiving day! They are open 24 hours tonight. I feel bad for the poor guys but it’s good for me because I have to study for finals. Sad face, lol. The waitress is friendly and it’s pretty nice in here because there aren’t too many people since it’s the holiday. It’s your usual Café Brazil with the bottomless coffee and large breakfast and lunch menu. This is not my favorite location but it’s pretty good for something that’s open during the holiday whilst I need to study. I ordered the usual omelette with fruit and wheat toast.

The food and service were good enough, in fact I really liked the waitress… but… 1) it’s really quite loud in this place 2) the tables are practically on top of each other! I watched table after table trying to move their chair without bumping the chair next to them or behind them… ridiculous. 3) having a self serve coffee is a great idea… but NOT in a restaurant where the tables are packed in on top of each other! The food was decent, as expected… but the atmosphere made it hard to enjoy much of anything… no thanks.

This place is known for their coffee. I would always order their Organic Chai and I would always order one of their desserts. Their food is okay, in my opinion. It’s not my favorite place in the world but it’s nice to have it as one of my options when I get hungry in the middle of the night. I don’t have a favorite dish here. Yes, their food has flavor but it also seems a bit salty to me. Their cake is hit or miss. Most of the cakes I’ve had have been great and moist, but other times they have been too dry. In general, their pastries are a bit too sweet, but they are definitely worth trying at least once.

If your from Dallas and haven’t been to this place. Well then your missing out on a pallet of different flavors. For that late night dining try this place. Especially if your an out of towner. I wold described this place as the true Dallas Texas 24 dinners experience. If you sit at the bar, get ready for your experience to go places. Regular music in front, but behind the kitchen Tejano music. In this pace the music moves these people. Get the beef fajita nachos Yummy

Wow this place blew my expectations away! The food was very flavorful and they have a lot of coffee choices. It was my first coming here after going for a long run. I ordered the Breakfast Relleno Crêpe — Scrambled Eggs, Roasted Poblano Pepper, Chorizo and Cheddar and topped with Spicy Cream Sauce, served with hashbrown casserole. OMG this was absolutely the best breakfast crêpe I have ever tasted! The portions were perfect and the flavor was on point. I also ordered the iced chai latte and was impressed with their coffee selections and flavors. The prices were not bad at all and the food was amazing. Great selections to keep your taste buds excited. I will definitely be coming back!

Came on a late Thursday night after catching a showing at the Angelika theater nearby. Service was good, we were seated immediately, orders were taken, and food arrived about 10 minute later. Solid service, decent food, I give this place a solid 3 stars! Pancrepes are good and if you love sweet and salty get the pancrepes and cheese fries and take alternating bites = foodgasm.

What can I say, this location has been a favorite since my first year in Dallas, when I moved up here for law school. If only those walls could talk… So, with diners like these, you have to temper your expectations. Obviously the food isn’t going to be as good as a top notch steak staple. For a diner and a Dallas chain, this location is the best! This location is open 24 hours. Parking used to be terrible but I noticed today that they built a whole new parking lot. Service is mostly good, save for some off-nights when they are really busy. The food is also pretty tasty and great for late night. Their menu is so extensive that it always has something for everyone. Although I’ve been here at all hours, I’ve never been put off by the crowd, which can be pretty entertaining depending on the time of day. I’ve studied for finals here and have eaten here after nights out with friends. It’s one of those places that you associate with actual memories, as opposed to «that place I ate at one time.»

This was my first time at Café Brazil in years. But, my girlfriend wanted breakfast at night, and we were down the street. We were greeted and seated promptly and got our food quickly. Our server was polite, courteous, attentive, and prompt. We had the French Toast, a scrambled egg white, and the Brazilian Breakfast. She described the French Toast as more toast than French and the egg white as tasteless. However, the Brazilian breakfast was good, not great, but good. Had this been 3am and I was drunk, I probably would describe it as amazing. But, unfortunately, I was not. If you’re in the mood for breakfast and nearby, it’s a solid choice, just don’t expect to get blown away.

Thanks to the crazy Texas weather and a kid with a cough, we cancelled our plans to go to Austin and somehow ended up in Dallas. I picked a few places and husband kept ruling them out with«we can’t go here because it may be too busy or we may have to walk in this freezing cold if we go there». So we ended up at Café Brazil. I’ve always wanted to try Café Brazil, but dear husband we have one in Fort Worth! It’s all good though! I don’t know about other Café Brazil’s, but this one is pretty colorful. Orange and purple walls in the bathroom! Someone was having their Sweet 16 party there and it was extremely loud. I really wanted to eat everything off the menu, but I just built my own Omelette. I picked Monterrey jack cheese, poblanos, jalapenos, chicken, onions, and mushrooms. They somehow forgot to put cheese on my omelette, so I had to send it back. I don’t understand that one. Cheese is like the main staple of an omelette! The omelette was good though. My kids both got the french toast sticks. The husband got the french toast as well. The french toast was really good. My son needed a refill on his juice and we asked the waiter 3 times for a refill, but he kept forgetting. I would come back and give Café Brazil a try again. I’d like to try the Crepes and the Brazilian breakfast!

Every time I’ve been here, it’s late at night and I have cravings for pretty much everything on the menu! I’ve never had one bad thing here honestly. I always tend to veer towards their breakfast/brunch…I’ve never gotten a dinner type entrée. I’m sure they’re good though. They have this one item that I get all the time, I didn’t see it online on their menu, but it’s this cheesy potato casserole that you can get as a side with your entrée, it’s to DIE for! I think I usually eat that FIRST. Now, the one thing that I do get almost 99% of the time that I visit here is the Smokey Turkey Migas. They are wonderful. SOMUCHFOOD! Full of flavor AND you get their fresh rosemary potatoes and two BIG flour tortillas to tote all that goodness into your mouth with. If you’re looking for something sweet, their French Toast w/Fruit is another great Go-To. Never disappointed!
