As a resident near this place, I just wish the customers would use the ample underground parking rather than clogging up my streets.

The beer is not cold at all it’s cool and when I asked to get a beer put in ice the manager refused and said it was against restaurant policy haha. WTF is she talking about? Her name is Amber so stupid

Very small and overly crowded. Went there to watch NFL game with friend and service was fine by the waitress but the atmosphere was meh and the food was only okay. My friend had the nachos and got food poisoning most likely.

They charge 60cents for a cup of ranch or blue cheese. A wing place charging for that is plain and simple stupid corporate greed.

Not willing to accommodate their paying guests even with the simplest requests. Then after asking for the manager he was real matter of fact and still not willing to do anything to compromise.

This a standard BW3s with inattentive staff, long waits, and less than fantastic food. I usually get adult chicken nuggets(boneless wings) or the buffalo chicken wrap and potato wedges. I’ll say, when the food comes out hot, it’s decent, but it rarely comes out hot. The happy hour drink menu is possibly worth attending, but not if there’s a sports game or something on.

Great place to watch a game. The beer selection sucks IMO. Not much in the way of craft beer. They have a ton of sauces for chicken wings and tenders.

B-Dubs is generally a known-quality sort of place. Not the kind of wings you write home about, but always decent. If you’re looking to get in and out quickly, don’t forget to check the sportsball schedule, else you’ll end up waiting some time.

We prefer a male server at a sports bar. Quicker service. Alex was awesome tonight. The down star is for parking and the men’s restroom.

Of course on a Sunday for football the place was packed. So we sat by the bar at one of the long community tables by the window. Sometimes it got a little chilly when the wind was blowing but it was a seat in a crowded place. We didn’t get very good service at first. Had to wait 10 minutes for a drink order to find out that person wasn’t supposed to ask us in the first place. When we did get our waitress, she was nice but we had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the drinks to arrive. I will say though, at least the drinks were amazing. We each had a Bloody Mary and I will go as far to say they were the best I’ve ever had! But again with the waiting… after being ready for 15 minutes and trying to find our server we finally placed a food order. I got the chicken buffalitos and my husband got boneless wings. Everything was great with his meal but mine came with sour cream and salsa which I wished they’d put on the side because it was a little soggy by time I got it. All in all I’m a patient person and it was a good experience. It was great to see all the different people in their team’s jerseys rooting while all the TV’s played different games. I’d go back but probably a little earlier in the day to get a better seating spot.

OK… I’m from Buffalo and their bone in wings are very good and the dry chipotle run was OUTSTANDING… I went in to play a trivia game and couldn’t figure out the game pad, but we had a great time with great service. I will be back for those wings for sure! The nachos were o.k., but they need to improve their cheese.

I had the worst experience at this location. I love BWW but I went here and it started when I walked through the door. Holding my son a couple that I walked in minutes before was greeted by the waitress, who had just brought her child out of the kitchen area. When I began getting upset another waitress noticed immediately and began trying to help me and my family. Shortly after, rather than an apology this horrible waitress goes and gets the manager. He comes to me as though I’m the aggressor and I explain the situation and tell him that I’m «livid,» to my astonishment he smiles and says okay and begins to walk away… I stop him and ask if he has any idea what that means and he says no. Then I tell him and he ask what can I do too fix it, I tell him you’re the manager you handle it. At this point I’m utterly disgusted by the service and the environment. The easier then serves us cold food, no apology was ever issued and the initial waitress that started this incident made sure to not make direct eye contact with me… This location is horrible… The one in mesquite will be the only one i’ll be going to…

This is by far the most disgusting BWW I’ve ever been to. And this is in uptown! The bathrooms were beyond gross. Some girl had puked in one of the stalls from last night. I’m guessing because I had arrived around 11ish and it hadn’t been cleaned. The bar area was sticky as well the menu’s. I finally asked for a manager to tell him about the ladies restroom after My second trip to the bathroom was a bust because the only«good» stall/toilet was now over flowing. The restaurant wasn’t even busy and everyone of their employees was chilling by the hostess area. Probably drawing straws on who was going to clean that shit up. I’m sorry, but if a restaurant doesn’t have high standards of basic cleansiness, can you imagine the kitchen area? Cancel My order please.

Beyond basic. We all know that when we come here. There’s definitely nothing ground breaking, or authentic about their food. It’s all probably pre-bagged and shipped in from a Sysco truck much like Chili’s. Then there’s the sports crowd. It no longer is a restaurant when it’s someone’s team of choice, it’s an extension of their home. They feel so comfortable they yell and scream when necessary. Sports bar or restaurant? Seeing as how you close at midnight, I’m classifying you as a very clear restaurant. As for the management, they clearly see themselves as the managers of a very well known sports bar. When a popular game is on they like to turn the volume up so everyone can hear it. That’s fair, right? The only problem is they turn the volume up so unbelievably loud you start questioning your love for the sport. Then you stop talking to whomever you came with. Then you’re not hungry. Very quickly after you want to leave, never come back, and write the longest worst Unilocal review ever. That’s how this story goes. 100% non fiction

This is a neighborhood spot that i ventured out to check out game 1 of the NBA Western Conference Finals. This is a regular«B-Dubs» chain that is decent. They did have my favorite beer on tap, Newcastle. The wings are ok, definitely not as well seasoned as wingstop. This is just a typical chain. Average 3 star experience.

I met up with some friends at BWW and ended up ordering the small order of traditional wings. The small order comes with 10 wings and you can select different sauces. During this visit I decided on the dry rub or salt/vinegar and lemon/pepper. I visit this location from time to time and usually the service is really good. Today may have been a fluke because the waiter may have been new. We all ordered a round of beers and were never offered a second which I would have most likely indulged in. Once the wings came out they were right on spot as usual however they shorted me with a wing but promptly corrected the shortage when I brought it to the attention of the food runner. Other than that, no other issues, and I look forward to visiting again.

Listen, I love this place and have been coming here for years. Just confused at the lack of attention to the bathrooms. Even saw a manager«turning down» the dispensing of paper towel. Really? Why? I don’t get it. I care about this. Seems easy to address, why don’t they? Update-talked to the Manager(Chris), very responsive and it has improved. Again, I come here all the time, and love the staff and the overall experience.

What a breath of fresh air, as compared to our local BW3 in Tyler, TX. The employees actually were attentive, had product knowledge, and seemed genuinely concerned about providing good service. As far as the building itself, yep, unlike our Tyler location, it was extremely clean, and updated. My only minor complaint is that they charge to play trivia at this location. Jonathon was our server, and he was great. The Tyler, TX staff should come to this location for proper training. I will return. For giggles, please view the worst BW3 location, ever:

It’s more worth than a 3 star for sure. Nice location, nice staffs and overall clean and fast services(what you can ask for more). Its a sports bar set up, so you can expect the service and atmosphere on that way. The price is right, atleast for me(not a bargain). The food is also taste good, especially the chicken wings. I always prefer the hottest in the menu(the blazing I think), if you can enjoy the spicey ness then offer this. I usually order 12 piece of blazing wings with a draft(always my next day is blessed in the rest room… lol). A place to watch some games with decent crowd, decent atmosphere, and food(nothing more nothing less). I recommend this location over the las colinas area.
