Braum’s Ice Cream & Dairy Stores

The old-​fashioned feel, seasonal ice cream flavors and the specials offered often lure me to come to Braum’s. It’s worth trying the malts, frozen yogurt ice cream cones and soft serve incorporated with pieces of seasonal pies. The prices are quite decent and this location is open fairly late on weekends!

Terrible. I never have to go this far and wrote a review but after the 2^nd try you still can’t get it right and I asked you for new fries since you had to remake my burger and you charged me! What is so hard about adding pepper jack cheese and guacamole to a burger???
And to top it off the lady giving me my food at the drive through not a single look from her just shoved the food in the car and slams the window.
When j told her the order was wrong she proceeded to yell at the cook while the window was still open. this location used to be ok.

Asked for no cherry no whip it even says it in the receipt and the lay at the window even asked me to double check… and I still got cherry and whip. Easy enough to remove but why not just say sorry they are made to order don’t ask to have it removed. I’ll drive somewhere that actually listens to me next time

My family and I have been coming here for over 10 years and have enjoyed their ice creams all this time. However, due to our past experience, we are now avoiding this particular braums.
My cousin had ordered a strawberry sundae, and while taking a bite she proceeds to take out a small piece of plastic out of her mouth. We were not mad at this point and wanted a simple refund.
We walk into braums and explain to the asst. Manager the situation. She proceeds to say, «Okay, but what do you want?» Um, excuse me? But when a customer finds something such as a piece of plastic in her ice cream, she should at least be given an apology.
We were given no apology and when we asked for a refund, she told us we could not get one as we did not have the reciept… which we never even received. We finally just asked for a new sundae which we promptly threw away out of petty.
We are very hurt by how this location treated us in this situation. We were being very polite and understanding as we are long time customers, but we were still treated very rudely. Will we ever return to Braums? HELL YEAH WE WILL THEIR ICE CREAM IS BOMB. Will we ever return to this location? Rarely now.

Good Ol’ Braum’s. I always forget how inexpensive and comparable Braum’s is to other fast food joints. The burgers and crinkle cut fries are still as good as I remember, especially if you finish it off with an ice cream cone.
Also, if you are craving ice cream, come here to buy cartons instead of buying much more expensive name brands. The ice cream here is way cheaper and just as delicious!

Generous sized acoops. Wynette was very patient with our group’s questions and gladly samples n of a couple of flavors we were considering. Space is clean and service fast.

So upset! Went to get some salad for lunch & figured id get 1 chicken strip for my kid, since she can’t eat more than that. But come on #braums this tiny strip is not worth $ 1! You got to do better than that!

Braums is not fancy but it’s good for traditional ice cream flavors. I’ve never tried their frozen yogurt and I usually stick to classics like the hot fudge sundae which they do really well — heavy on the steaming hot fudge and whipped cream PLUS they have walnuts so you don’t get stuck with funky peanuts on an otherwise really good hot fudge Sunday. There are usually only about eight flavors available but I’ve been able to find some I like on every visit. The weird birthday cake and bubblegum flavors are not on my radar but they’re there if you want them. What I love is this location has a small grocery store with excellent, fresh milk, butter, eggs etc. I always get milk, juice and eggs when I go. Definitely a fan

Three stars for the quality of the product and the friendliness of the server/​cashier. I will dock them two stars for cleanliness. Food handling: wash your hands after handling money and then serving food. The bathroom is even worse

Ok so this review is mainly on service since I am always satisfied with my chocolate frozen yogurt waffle cone. I usually go through the drive thru to get my ice cream and that last few times the girl at the window has been awful. Doesn’t have any personality. Doesn’t tell you total for order just says come to second window. When you get there she barely looks at you and again is rude. What the hell? She dropped my change when handing to me and then instead of apologizing she just shuts the window. Last night I actually tried food. Got the grilled chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. The same girl again. Ice cold fries. Ugh. Why???

Nom Nom Nom! I LOVE Braums. If you get one of their small soft serve cones they are pretty big. I love their butter pecan, heck anything they make is good

This place reminds me of when we were little and Braums was pretty much the only place to get ice cream! They have a way bigger selection than I remember them having years ago. They also have a mini grocery section where you can buy milk, eggs, etc. Their food menu is a mix of burgers, shakes, ice cream cones, etc.
I have to admit I was incredibly shocked when I tried one of their burgers. I expected it to be, well, bad. It was pretty darn good. Definitely a greasy burger. Honestly sometimes that’s just what you need! The fries are good! Very crispy and seasoned well.
I would definitely recommend stopping in here if needing ice cream or a good greasy burger. The staff is very friendly, prices are reasonable and there’s plenty of parking out front.

I ordered a mint chocolate chip milkshake. It was great!!! The staff is fast and friendly. The food they serve looks and smells really good but I haven’t tried it yet. I look forward to going back and trying more out!

Hot fudge brownie Sunday rocky road ice cream with Carmel & with no whipped cream no fudge so delicious

Horribly managed. Staff is extremely disorganized and as a result, my order took at least 15 – 20 mins to fill. They offered me a free drink for the wait. Not enough considering I was there with 3 kiddos who were very hungry. Won’t be coming back!

Ordered two 16oz cookies n cream shskes. One of the shakes tasted like straight milk. Took forever for them to fix it. The lady at the drive thru wasn’t friendly at all while the ladies at the counter where. I’m rarely in the mood for ice cream but if I am I’ll go back. For $ 1.99 a shake it will do. It’s not amazing or anything but it’s good.

Braums, the best burger place in town! Those words aren’t said lightly. I consider myself to be quite the burger judge and after tasting Braums burgers I can tell you they are the best in town. So juicy and full of flavor, this burger won’t leave you wanting anything else… well maybe another bite because they are so good but after you finish your burger you won’t be able to eat another bite because they have just the right size burgers to take you to that perfectly full level. Don’t forget the ice cream, their ice cream is just as amazing and if that ice cream cone you just got from the drive thru left you wanting more then pull right around and visit their Market Store where you can get a whole tub of that banana pecan or what ever other flavors you love. Just old-​fashioned burgers and ice cream, what more could you want.
