Bloomenstiel’s Israel Judaica

I have now used most of Bloomenstiel’s services. I have purchased new and used books, bought durable Judaica, bought consumable Judaica and engaged Rabbi B as a sofer.
I have always been delighted. He has recommended useful books that fit my needs and level of understanding such as The Midrash Says and the Keter Crown Tanach. His range of Hannukia menorahs ranges from the simple, to the intricate to (the one I purchased) a whimsical blue snipped tin model in the shape of a dog. We love it.
Today, I picked up a set of tefillin that were in need of being checked and repaired. They’re beautiful. They look better no than the day I got them. Because of his efforts, I can now pass them on to a child in need of a set. His expertise has allowed me to help another fulfill an important mitzvah. I can think of no higher accolade than that to describe the store, the owner, and the staff.
