The movers were amazing! The problem is they said I never put any money down before they came and I did cause I have the proof! Then when they charged the final bill they over charged me and said they would refund me and even told me when they did but then when I checked my account 5 days later still no MONEY! I have gone back and forth with this company and trying to get me my many back! The customers service is not were it should be in my opinion so I would never use this COMPANY AGAIN! They want to keep the money and not return it otherwise when they told me it was refunded 5 days ago it would have already been in my account!

I utilized this company for my move on 4÷11÷2015. I couldn’t be more impressed. Never have I had such professional movers. Not only were they polite and professional, also they wrapped my furniture within an inch of its life. My furniture had no scratches, no damage, and was completely protected with furniture pads and a clear plastic wrapping. They were very prompt and did not waste any time. They unloaded all of my things and even offered to hang pictures. I couldn’t be more impressed!

Not enough positive things I can say about American Heritage. I used them to pack and move my things. The price was far below the service I received. No surprises and they arrived when they said they would. I worked with Anthony and he was a complete professional.
I trusted them so much based on the initial call, I was not there when they packed my things or moved them. All of my items made it. In fact, they found one of my hiding spots and told me which box they placed it in so I can not search all over for it.
I hope I don’t have to move again, but if I do, I found my company!!!
