Amazing Lash Studio

I’ve always been happy with my service here! They make my eyelashes look gorg! I would recommend this lash lounge over any others! Ask for Mia, Victoria, Talisha, Roxy, April or Myra if you want rockstar service!

There are a few girls I trust and love here. I started about a year ago and I’m totally addicted. They make my lashes beautiful and they stay strong. Apryl is so easy to talk to and always does fabulous work. I never have to wear mascara and I love it!

This has been a hit and miss for me. Some of the technicians are great, Victoria, April for sure but some are not so good. AND the front desk person Crystal is RUDE! In addition, I had asked about the white flakes near my lashes and someone suggested maybe I was using something white around my eyes. I knew I wasn’t and said so, it turns out there’s a protocol to washing your eyelashes with filtered water that no one told me about until I met April. It may be because it’s a fast growing business but there are lots of kinks that need to be worked out. Interesting fact, Houston studios seem to do a better job. Lashes are fuller and seem to last longer.

I wrote a previous review… And I still think the technicians are great. BUT… I went today and I was booked with the wrong technician.
Do I think the place does a good job?
Yes
Do I think the customer service is good?
Yes, Better than most places… I believe the girl was in training last week but 2 at out 2 appointments were listed incorrectly so not sure if it’s the system or what?!
Would I go back?
Yes, I think the technicians are worth it.

From booking my appointment to my lash application… everything was awesome! My initial appointment did have to be rescheduled, but the time/​date they rescheduled me for actually worked better for me. so no harm done! I’ve had my lashes done at two other places and Amazing Lash (thus far) is a much more affordable option without sacrificing quality!
I booked with Elizabeth as a recommendation from one of my coworkers. I told her I’ve got two weddings coming up so I want a full on glam look which is EXACTLY what I got! I’ve gotten so many compliments on them that I might keep the super glam look all the time! It’s been 4 days since my appointment and they’re still looking as great as day 1!
They have a deal where get your first set for 79 $ (a steal!) then you sign up for an autodraft of 45 $/​month, but that covers your refill. I like that it’s not «per lash» like at some places. I feel like I’ve been ripped off in the past with that system.

I’ve had a membership here for a few months now & the estheticians are great but the girls in the front are an absolute nightmare. I have never been treated so poorly at a place where I spend so much money. They make the stylists look bad.
I waited more than 2 weeks to get a fill so they told me I needed to pay for a full set. After paying and leaving I took a good look at my lashes & they don’t even look like a full set & now it makes sense because I was only there for a little over an hour. The stylist got glue in my eye, (accidents happen), & I called the next day to ask what I could put in my eye to relieve the pain & Dakota answered the phone & seemed that she was annoyed she even had to help me. She was non-​apologetic & just down right rude. They’ve been rude every time I’ve had to talk to them except for the day I went & signed up. It’s like just because you’re locked into a contract, the girls in the front feel that they don’t owe you any kind of courtesy whatsoever.
Like I said, the stylists are great, but the ladies in the front need attitude adjustments before they run off all of their clientele.

Mia was GREAT! It has been two weeks since she put on my eyelashes, and they still look great. I have had very few fall out.

I was going to another Lash place in uptown, but I decided to try this place because of the super cheap full set special, I believe $ 69 at the time, and because it was so much closer to my house. I signed up for the membership and went here monthly, sometimes twice a month, during the past year. The first time I went, the girl (don’t remember name) made my eyes look like a spider. Not only that, but the lashes literally all fell off during the next 2 – 3 days. I figured I got really unlucky with a bad tech, so I made an appointment with a different tech the following week. I didn’t even explain to them up front what had happened, but when I was checking out the tech who made my lashes beautiful, Stacy, explained to the manager it had only been a week since my full-​set. They didn’t charge me at all for the new lashes because they said it was a correction. I’ve referred 3 of my friends there, and they all love it. It really matters who your tech is. I mostly went to Stacy — she’s quick and does a great job!, but I have also heard good things about April and Victoria from my friends.
I decided to cancel my membership because my eyes started to get itchy and red after my refills. I also wanted to give my natural lashes a break and let them get healthy again. The cancellation process is pretty simple. I sent out an e-​mail and that was that.
One thing this place could do is create a better way to make appointments online. It would have been nice to sign on and see exactly which tech had what openings.

attitude adjustments for the ladies who answer the phones are MUCH NEEDED!!! Huge turnoff! The estheticians are great but jeez poor phone etiquette by the ladies doing the scheduling. I’ll pass!

April is awesome! I have been a member at ALS for a few month now and couldn’t be more satisfied with their customer service and menu of options. Thanks ALS!

I became a member after doing a one time trail. so far i have had a great experience. I go to Stacy every time. She is quick and She always does exactly what i ask and have always left satisfied :) keep up the great work Stacy

Is there an option for no stars? This place is absolutely terrible. I hope that I can save at least one person from this dreadful experience. I have never in my adult life been this enraged with a personal services experience — not even terrible hair cuts have never prompted me to take time from my vacation to review a vendor. I went in for a full set. They looked great the first day, but the next day I woke up and realized all of them on one eye were gone. The other eye was still in tact. I went in for a correction and got someone who also had no idea what they were doing, except she improvised and did even worse. She glued these disguising painful lashes right to my lash line, not the lash itself. She used an excess amount of glue, causing them to clump into a hard mess in the center. It hurts to close my eyes and I cannot put my contacts back in. I left for vacation the next day, which is when the original eye lashes completely came out. So currently I am completely miserable, with fake lashes glued to ONE of my eyes, they are painful and look awful. I don’t know what to do to remove them. These people need to be shut down by the state for this.

I really never write reviews on Unilocal except for when I am really blown away! Today was one of those experiences. I had a new set of lashes done today by Kelly and she went above and beyond my expectations! Totally sweet but also was fast and did my lashes just the way I like them. They are perfect! I have been to many lash studios and have been getting lash extensions for years but she is the best. Not only her but also the front desk girl was so helpful and nice. And to top it off they jar a special for $ 79 for the full set! I am use to paying way more but am on a tight budget due to the holidays and this was perfect. I have now found my lash spot and do not plan on going anywhere else. Thank you guys for the great experience!

I attended the grand opening where they opened the studio up to community and scored a free set of lashes. Came back a few days later for my free lashes and signed up for the $ 45.99 membership immediately afterwards. My lashes look natural instead of overdone caterpillars lying on my eyelid. The salon itself is absolutely stunning. I’m a germaphobe, so my eyes were on the stations. To my delight, everything was clean and sterile. My lash specialist, Stacy, is a gem and has the steadiest hands I know. Membership is a little pricey, but it’s been worth it so far…

horrible experience do not waste your time or money going to this place! I have been to several lash artist in the dallas area and have never been so disappointed in my life! I came in and they recommended that I remove all my lashes which was totally fine 2 hours later and extremely frustrated I leave with lashes you can hardly even see! knowing I am not happy they did absolutely nothing at all to keep me as a customer or fix the mistake after me being there 2 hours and even left with tape stuck to the top of my eye! I will never go back!
