Advenir At Frankford Springs

The layout and appliances of this apartment are pretty nice. The kitchen was huge for an apartment, the bathroom had a garden tub, a big walk in closet in the bedroom, and a nice patio. However the parking in this complex outweighs any good things about the apartment. I lived here for two years and never got a paid reserved spot closer than 3 buildings down. There are almost no guest spots for half the complex so your guests never have anywhere to park and they have an enforced towing policy. My car was towed for being in my reserved spot for the registration sticker being FOUR days expired. I never received any type of warning and it was an honest mistake.
A few months before I moved I got an eviction notice on my door because «I hadn’t paid my rent» and was told if I wasn’t out within 48 hours, legal action would be made. I called them up and told them I had fully paid it the week before and they weren’t so kind when they realized it was a filing error on their end.
The only reason I’m rating it two stars is because the inside of the apartments are nice, but everything else seriously takes away from it. They raise the rent $ 100 every time you renew your lease. $ 1000 for a 700 square foot apartment with terrible parking and mediocre management is not worth it. There were also multiple instances of aggravated robbery in the complex, which isn’t hard to believe because the gates are left open ²⁴⁄₇. By the time I left a few months ago it was going downhill pretty fast. I’d highly suggest finding an apartment elsewhere.

I’m really surprised and disappointed to see a «Final Notice» on my door for my $.35 balance on my account.
First, There have NOT been several attempts to contact me regarding this, as the letter states. You have my phone number and email address, as well as contact information for the other person on this lease.
Also, I believe that you likely spent more on the paper, printer ink, and labor to walk the notice over here to put it on my door than the $.35 you would like to collect.
But don’t worry, I’ll get a money order as soon as I can rustle up some change.
