Briargrove At Vail

Terrible. Lived here for 2 years and it was AWEFUL. Myself and several neighbors were harassed and threatened by an older resident with a gun and management did nothing. In fact, we were given lease violations and another neighbor was given a notice to vacate. If you are a female looking for a place to live, please choose somewhere else. It’s for your own safety.
After we filed a complaint and police report against the man who threatened to shoot us, me and a neighbor kept receiving dead flowers on our door step. It was extremely uncomfortable and none of us felt safe.
Outside of all that, there is definitely gang and drug activity happening very often. Very early one morning I was woken up by the SWAT team beating down the door across from me.
Not sure if Chris, the «manager» is still there but he made all of this worse and did nothing to better the community or help people feel safe. He hid in his corner office with the door closed. He shuts the blinds but you can still see that he is in there.
This place is a joke. If you value your safety, happiness of life, please live somewhere else. If you decide to live there then you asked for it!

Lived here for a year and really liked it. Great staff who takes care of the place. Pool is great, large, clean, and the water is nice and crisp even on the hottest summer days. Definitely not a party scene as it seems most people there are lifelong renters, not a bunch of young kids bouncing from complex to complex.
Chick below me said someone broke into her place and stole some stuff… but she was a very questionable person. Not sure I trust her story.

I don’t have a lot of recent experience with apartment complexes… none in over 25 years… but I have to say that this little complex is awesome! The office staff, maintenence and residents are wonderful. It is small, clean and I feel very safe and secure here.
