7-Eleven

Made the mistake of buying some gift cards here and I am not certain how or why what happened however the person who I gave it to told me it had no balanve on it. I went to see what happened and was told the card was never activated… i may come here for convenience items, however I will NEVER buy another gift card from them.

The pumps are so sensitive I’ll probably never get gas here again. There are plenty of gas stations out there where I don’t have to babysit the nozzle just to fill my car up. If you want to hold the nozzle the entire time you fill up, then this is the gas station for you

False advertising of gas prices, see my pictures. Creating unconventional labels for blends of gas is lame. Premium here is 93, not 91 — don’t advertise it as such.

I have found that this 7 – 11 has deteriorated in customer service. In particular with cashiers who seem like they are doing the customer a favor helping us. It has never been that way in any business.
The customer deserves respect as does the cashier, not one way or the other! I just do not appreciate disrespect because of who or what u are — -this is 2015… not 1915. The customers has made the 7 – 11 into a household name — not a need. we can find attitude anyway. I chose not 2 deal with it. Stupid and immature!
Maybe it just the night shift…

Don’t try to go here at night expecting to get out in a hurry. Me and a friend stopped by here after the bar to get some knowingly bad food to munch on before calling it a night — and our ordeal of ordering ONE box of Doritos Loaded turned into almost twenty minutes.
The guy who shall remain un-​named and un-​described but can barely speak English had to ask us literally ten times how many pieces we wanted in the box that comes with 4, since they had to make some fresh ones.
On the topic of making fresh ones, I’ve been coming into 7-​eleven for nearly 8 months after moving to Dallas and never once has a fresh anything been made for me. Yet at 11pm at night they demand a fresh order is made and would not give us one of the three in the heat-​lamp case? Very bizarre.
I literally drank half of an entire big-​gulp while walking around the store waiting for FOUR pieces of Doritos loaded to be cooked in what amounts to a microwave and put into a cardboard box.
Add the annoying vagrants and all around shady people who hang around here, and I would recommend going down the street to the location near Whole Foods.

We all love 7-​Eleven right? This is one of the newest locations (built in the last 2 years) and it is conveniently located at the corner of Inwood Rd and Lemmon Ave. I pass by there frequently and have only stopped once since it opened. Today was the second time and as luck would have it, they were having their Slurpee giveaway today! Who doesn’t love a Slurpee especially in this heat? The staff is super friendly and happy to assist with gas, lotto, beer, etc. I was in & out in a flash in spite of the giveaway. The parking lot is easy access and you can escape going behind the CVS next door if you do get hemmed in. And F.Y.I., it is pretty competitive on gas prices.
