I have been a client of Shannon’s before she moved to the new location in Preston Hollow Village. I now travel three times the distance to see her, because she is worth it.
It’s great to know that I have finally found a great barber. Shannon is meticulous in making certain her clients look their best. The staff is friendly and always ready with a cold beer or glass of wine for clients.
Shannon is the best!

First of all don’t use your Google maps to get here. It’s actually on the SE corner of Cole Ave & Blackburn.
They always greet you with a friendly beer or glass of wine. A big plus if you have to take a reluctant tween for a haircut. A Groupon, made the cost of 2 hair cuts, an incredible deal.
After getting the first haircut, my son was so happy & the stress of morning bad hair days were over! That alone was worth the $ 27 regular fee for a boys’ cut.
Frank, my son’s barber, took time to listen to me & my son. I explained that haircuts always grew out & caused an «Alflafa wild group of hairs» that caused many a drama filled morning before school drop off.
18:8 is the best place for my son to get a quality haircut that lasts 8 weeks without growing out wild and out of control. Enjoy making this chore of parenting a pleasant break in your dsy.

Another fine haircut to report. Fatisha was my stylist. Service was prompt and professional. She provides a mean fade and made my beard look even prettier than it already is. Relaxing music, delicious Shiner beer on draught, and some interesting hand cream in the bathroom add to this establishment’s charm. If you’re getting a shave, they’ll suggest that you remove your shirt in a private room so that you can out on a robe.
Reasonably priced, certainly much better than what I’ve been quoted at similar types of establishments. All in all, a pleasant and relaxing experience. It’s also located in a nice and new shopping center (Preston Hollows). Highly recommended.
