I don’t give them one star… they are terrible… I call the prior day asking if they cut all textures of hair and the woman over phone was so adamant that they call all textures and styles. .I go in and the woman asked me what I wanted. I told her a taper fade. she went to skinning and y hen asked me does this look right? and then when I got tired of the inexperience which was quick I asked her to do a edge-​up and she told me she had never done one before… caucasian woman starts with an «A» the all I could remember she needs to never have clippers, scissors i r even a license to practice that craft… please people Im telling you find somewhere else for your cut because this place should never be in business. Save yourself a headache bro.

Came here a few times. Seems they are always closed. Came in today 12÷31÷14 for a cut and they were closed when the sign says holiday hours open at 10am for today 12÷31÷14. I go to the Carrolton location after work and they take care of me. A few customers came in to see if they were open. Worst customer service ever. I’m thinking of dropping the knockout brand altogether. Don’t waste your time there are better places.

I’ve been there a few times, and plan on continuing. My haircut isn’t difficult. They offer and do a nice job with trimming eyebrows. I recommend the hot face towel and shampoo.
If you have to wait a few minutes, grab a free Bud Light or soda.
And the women know they’re working for tips, so they have all seemed personable to me.

Absolutely the worst place to get a «haircut» imaginable, if you can even call what they perform an actual service. These girls could f up a wet dream and they aren’t much to look at so there’s really no redeeming quality about this place. Go to mustang barbers or Floyd’s 99 if you want an actual haircut.

I had been going here for about 5 – 6 cuts. There has never been a wait time and Heather does a great job every time. Inexpensive and quick and easy with great results. Go ahead and give the girls a shot.

I have been going to this place for years and no matter the cast of characters involved I have always received excellent and timely service.
Today was better than usual, Heather and Jessica not only treated me like a god, but allowed me to chat and simply enjoy myself with two very vivacious young ladies.
I thoroughly recommend this place to any guy that wants a cut!

I went and got my hair cut here the other day… it was just ok. I only really wanted a haircut, which I think is like $ 20, but ended up spending like $ 35. I had freshly showered before arriving, but the stylist drug me over and washed my hair again anyway. The shampoo was nice, I liked it in hindsight. They do a hot towel on your face, again, I’m a fan. Got my hair did just the way that I told her to do it, which was a plus. Most people go to this type of chain for the eye candy, I have to say, had I went there that day for that reason, I would’ve been disappointed. Good haircut, just didn’t ask for all of the extra things that I ended up paying for at the end… my stylist was nice and I enjoyed the visit.
