Pizza Hut

I usually take to go, the service is always prompt and the pizza is great. Great quality and always hot.

Dirty place no one attended us after 15 minutes of waiting. Its a mess there and theres a horrible stench in the place

It was ok. Got there today for dine in. We where the only ones in the place. It took the waiter almost 10 minutes to say hello. Again we where the only customers. Three tables hadn’t been cleaned and the carpet had food debris all over it. We should have left however we decided to stay. Got our stuff crust pizza and the amount of cheese that was placed on it would starve a mouse. On the way out I waited 5 minutes to pay and again only customer here. The waiter was in the back eating over the prep counter. Horrible place to go

Bad customer service! Dirty restaurant!
The employees friends we’re hanging out at the store so the employees were chatting instead of helping paying customers. Slow service!
The employees made no effort to make it a pleasant experience and they seemed to be inconvenienced by customers even coming to eat there. It wasn’t busy in the restaurant, there was no excuse, this place is terrible!
Food and trash on the floor and under every table. Flat sodas served from open 2 liter bottles arranged on the counter of the fountain drink machine. The place wasn’t even close to clean. Dirty tables!
This place has been consistently horrible for years! This was my last visit ever! Obviously the owners/​management don’t care and it shows!

I have lived in this area for Many years, so have gone here multiple times without Any problems.
But when we picked up a large supreme pizza last time it smelled and tasted like MOLDY cheese!
Truly Horrible, and we even got terrible abdominal cramps later!
Manager gave us a $ 10 credit, but had to get some things that had No cheese ingredients.
Needless to say — they permanently lost some loyal customers!

The place was disgusting nothing came out like it should have. The waiter took forever to get to us. He took forever to get our drinks to us the food arrived shortly after the drinks which is unacceptable for a fast food restaurant the food itself was of poor quality. The waiter forgot to order the cheese sticks and and only went to get the cheese sticks ones prompted by my friend and by get the cheese sticks I mean he had to actually put in the order for them he had not put in the order when we order food. When the cheese sticks arrived the edges were covered in small dabs of chocolate. The pizza I ordered was not very good. I will not be returning.

Today, I ordered a pizza and wings from them. I ordered traditional bone in wings and they gave me boneless. I ordered a pizza with the garlic parmesan crust flavor, got no crust flavor. Ordered 2 ranches for my wings, and one had a hole in it. Terrible. Just terrible. Also, they didn’t bring the parmesan packets or napkins that I asked for.

On more than occasion I have received less than satisfactory customer service at this Pizza Hut. The food is usually good, sometimes a little too salty and grease although they have gotten better with the salt issue. On the few times I have actually gone in to sit the tables are usually not the cleanest. Their delivery times have greatly improved however.

Ordered drinks, breadsticks, beer, salad and pizza. Below standards ! Should have went to the other pizza place 5 mins away. Really the worst service ever !

I’ve never seen a place get a flat out 1 star rating on Unilocal,but this place has earned that distinction. Over the years, they have messed up on soooo many of my orders.
–Over a three year period, they have messed up on 6 orders, even when I ordered online! I would order from another location, but I can’t drive due to a medical condition and this happens to be the store that delivers to me.
–On one order, I ordered the pasta w/​breadsticks. Told them I wanted marina. They didn’t give it to me. They told me they would give me a 50 cent credit. The only reason I order the pasta was for the breadsticks and I don’t want dry breadsticks.
–On another order, order 2 wings w/​4 Ranch. Guess what? No ranch!
–Ordered chocolate dipping sticks on another order, but they didn’t give me no chocolate dipping sauce.
–I wanted a stuff crust pizza w/​BBQ sauce instead of whatever tomato based sauce they put on. They have BBQ sauce cause of the Blake Shelton pizzas. They refused to do so, saying there inventory would be significantly short. There inventory would be significantly short by putting BBQ sauce on one pizza?!? Give me a break!
I worked in restaurants for over 17 years including as a manager. In 17 years, I have never seen any of the places tell a customer no we will not make this as long as they had the ingredients to do so.
Then the manager tried to say that b/​c they are having problems at their store, they don’t do special orders. No wonder the store is having problems if that is the way they treat people.
PS: The other locations were willing to make my special order. This is the only one that told me No!
–Two times in the past six months, I have been put on hold for over 10 minutes! I’ve only called in (or attempted to call in) 3 orders in the past six months.
–The only positive I can say, is there delivery is for the most part on time. It’s not as fast as Domino’s, but they have for the most part met the time quoted to me online. However, that is not enough of a reason for me to want to give this location anything higher then 1 stars.

There’s a reason why this pizza Hut is usually empty. The staff demeanor is cold and unwelcoming and the dining area is usually not clean. The new pizza Hut $ 5 buffet isn’t even a buffet but rather a personal pan and a drink that you have to wait 20 minutes for. There is no salad bar and the drink area is usually a mess. Do not come here.

I personally love Pizza Hut and really wanted to dine in. As we walked in we were greeted by a young lady who told us to sit anywhere. All the tables were dirty! strike one.
They weren’t busy but we had to wait for food over 40 minutes. (strike 2)
After serving us no one came to offer drinks, nor check on how we were doing. (strike 3)
I stepped to the restroom it was filthy, no seat covers… just nasty. Came back and noticed server dropped check with my guests. That was icing on the cake. Wait it only gets worst… we were not even half way when she dropped check at the table.
My daughter needed to use restroom– I walked up to the cashier gave her my card… came out of the restroom and once again my guest had the check with my card.
Carpet was nasty dirty… order to go instead of eating at that filthy place

On my way home, I called in my order to this Pizza Hut. It’s for 2 Medium pan pizzas — one with extra tomato sauce, pepperoni & mushrooms and the other for pepperoni & bacon. They tell me it will be ready in 15 – 20 min. I arrive about 20 min later and my order is not ready. The guy at the cash register tells me they’ve received some large orders, why I don’t know because I don’t care about their other orders, and he says it will be ready in 5 minutes, which I know is a lie, but I say OK anyway.
TWENTY minutes later I’m told my order is ready. When she opens the pizza box to show me the pizza, a slice gets caught & turned over in the box. I see that there’s barely any cheese on it & I point that out to her. She looks somewhat confused & unsure of what to do — I ask her how long it will take to get a new one. She goes to the back, comes back out and says 20 minutes. I tell her I cannot wait that long. She comes back out with the manager and the manager asks for my number & name and supposedly puts a $ 10 credit on my account for the next time I order there, which I can tell you will probably be NEVER!
Melissa M is right in that there seems to be a lot of disarray & disorganization. Crazy. I left & phoned ahead my order to the Pizza Hut on Hoadly Road. I get there about 10 minutes later, wait in my truck for 10 minutes and walk into the store. And what do you know… it’s READY!!! And looks perfect — no cheese issues. SMH.
It’s HIGHLY unlikely that i’d be going back to this joint again.

My sister and I spent some time together on Wednesday and we were craving pizza so we stopped past Pizza Hut — big mistake. This Pizza Hut sucks. There were two customers dining in and most people were ordering take out. We waited to be seated and the seats and table were dirty and we had to wipe them down. The young man that was our waiter was sweet and nervous at the same time. He took our order of a large pepperoni pizza and two sodas. The pizza arrived and I was disappointed. The surface of the pizza was hot, but the center of the slices were lukewarm and nasty.
I went to the manager and explained the pizza was not hot and offered her to try a slice to confirm, but she nicely declined and took the pizza and brought back another that was bubbling hot. It was hot, but not tasty. The restaurant seems in disarray. You get the feeling either no one cares or it’s closing down.
I haven’t had Pizza Hut in years and after this experience I won’t go back.
