Water Pro

The dishwasher supply line in our home broke while we were on vacation and ran for at least 3 days. Water damaged our kitchen (floors and cabinets), master batch, laundry room, pantry, and stood in the basement about an inch deep! WaterPro was recommended by my insurance broker, and I called them late on a Saturday afternoon. Andy responded to my call within 15 – 20 minutes and was onsite within a couple of hours. They stayed late into the night to start drying out our home. Due to the extensiveness of the damage, it took almost 8 days to completely remove all damaged material (wood floors and cabinets) and dry out the home. Andy worked quickly and professionally to address our problems. I would recommend his company for any water remediation project. Andy also likely saved us a future headache by suggesting that the PRV valve on our house was the likely culprit. He was right!

My waterline to my fridge had a slow leak and caused water damage and mold to grow in our crawlspace below the kitchen. Andrew came to survey the damage and what it could take to replace the flooring. After determining the cost, he worked with my insurance company to make sure it was all taken care of.
He worked around my schedule and performed most of the work himself. His time estimates were pretty close, considering we found some extra issues later on. We were able to replace the kitchen tiles with the same hardwood type in the rest of my house, and he was able to keep it within budget (huge bonus).
Overall, Andrew is very professional, friendly, and will work with you to get the job done on your terms. I definitely recommend his services.
