I try to be objective but this is it, I do not recommend this location. I have gone several times for a specific doughnut and they never have them but on the weekends according to the employees. I went yesterday of course they were out and told me to come back early in the morning and they were writing the request down I went at 8:30 am as per the employees and they did not make any! Really ! So much for customer service. Three times telling me to come back and your staff is horrible.

Just walked into this Dunkin donuts, man at counter never acknowledged I was there. Another employee behind coffee counter never noticed me either. I stood there a few minutes looking at menu and walked out. Don’t want my business? I don’t understand this rudeness.

Product is fine, but don’t be in a big hurry when you visit. To be fair, it is still relatively new so service may get better down the road.

Let’s be fair — you’re getting pretty much the same fare around the different locations so what matters for us is the following: #1 Cleanliness — this location tends to be cleaner than most. The staff are still new and in some cases not willing to make the extra effort, but overall the location is clean. It will vary based on who is there and which supervisor is in charge at the time. #2 Staff — like in most locations, it boils down to who is on staff. We’ve had good experiences here, including with the management. There are, however, a few times when there have been staff that frankly don’t care that guests are there. No formal greeting, not even a «good morning» — just a «yeah, what do you want». It’s embarrassing and reason to not want to deal with it sometimes but thankfully it’s not the rule. It’s just two or three people, and it’s always the same ones. #3 Food freshness — I know this is a bit touchy, we’re not talking farm to table — but at least here the food comes out hot and freshly prepared. We’ve been in locations where it was obvious that the sandwich and donuts were at least a day old. So overall, a good spot, but minus one star for the three rude and obviously improper staff behavior. The saving grace is that the ratio is overwhelmingly in favor of polite staff at this location.

Super excited to have one in Dacula. We’ve been twice and both visits were pretty disappointing. First trip was before school on a Tuesday. While in line a disgruntled customer stormed back in the store demanding a refund because his order was all screwed up. The staff was so slow the people in front of us walked out and my kids ended up being late by the time we got through the line. Second trip was tonight around six in the evening and they were really low on stock. No vanilla cremes at all and the only excuse we received was… «sorry, we’ve been making too many.» That’s all you guys need to know right. Do yourself a huge favor and drive over to the one on Buford Highway. The manager there is amazing and will make you anything there out of on the spot… 24⁄7.

Does not stock half and half? What coffee spot doesn’t stock half and half, especially a name brand? All the other Dunkin’s in the area do. Will not be back based on this. Restaurant is clean, happy it was built here around the corner from our house — too bad we won’t be able to buy here.
