Buffalo’s is a great neighborhood place. I love that they host Ohio State viewing parties in the bar area during football season. The service is good, and I highly recommend the entrée salads. The last two times I’ve gone however, they’ve tried to seat us in a corner booth, which is very dark because the booth lights point toward the side wall rather than down toward the table. They have accommodated our request both times for a more well lit, centrally located table instead, which is great, but the table, booth seats and floor were not clean. Sticky tables are a downer.

I’ve come here many times over the year, and even started in just the bar which is a pretty good bar, so came back for wings as my kid was wanting wings and his fav place was closed.
Just ordered it to go at 9pm and headed out to get it. Got there, same place, layout, went to check in to ask about my order and lots of «kids» seem to run the place. There were teenagers figuring out their bills so I stood behind them for a bit before I was able to come to the counter. The «manager» I’m trusting, young guy was screaming and trying to be funny to everyone but clearly did not have a hold of being efficient.
He first acknowledged I was there and went to the back to check. They said it would be ready at 9:20 so it was 9:20 when I got there .I ordered 30 wings of 2 types and then a girl looked up and said can I help you about 9:30 and I said– pick up for me and said someone went for it. Then the guy that I first met came out at 9:35 and said they were working on them…
You get the drift. Finally at 9;45, got the wings, the carrots and celery and left. Got home to a bit of a disappointment. The wings were pretty good in taste in both flavors, but most were pretty small and the order of 20 was over cooked. Had I got home and they were a bit more beefy, cooked about 20 minutes less, they would have been fine. I think it was how they put it together– I wanted 30 wings and they said it was 20 and six. So either 2 ordrers of 20 or 5 orders of 6?
I also ordered 2 orders of fries which was a generous serving but cold when I got home– (5 minutes) Meaning they were cold when they went into the container. I tried to nuke them for 10 sec or more and didn’t help. Put a bit of season salt and s&p and ate a few and then threw the whole order away as they were chewy and just– old. (Cooked an hour ago and sat).
Buffalos to me lately has become a place I don’t want to come to and sit down as the service is not good unless you get a seasoned server, the food is not consistent — albeit the flavors are generally good, but he overall experience is just not on point for what I want. Will I come back? Probably just to see if they have stepped up the game, but most likely, will go to Philly Bistro or even pizza hut for wings to go as the best wings are at Philly Bistro by walmart.

Great food and huge portions! Love their wings and fries! We have always great customer service.

Terrible bar service Saturday Jan 9 4pm. Not bartenders fault, all about the management. Lunch shift bartender should have lent a hand to get over the hurdle.

I used to love the wings from this place. I grew up in Buffalo, NY and with the «Anchor Bar», home of the original Buffalo wing. These wings tasted a lot like those. Used to. Tonight, I ordered 30 wings for pick up. The girl on the phone said we dont have a thirty wing size. We have a 24 piece and a 6 piece. I asked if they could just put them all in one box and she said no, we sell by weight and not quantity. I asked her to explain how an order of 6 wings… according to weight… was any different per wing than an order of 24? She hung up on me. I called back and ordered as they require. Two boxes, one with 6 wings and one box with 24. ALL wings were dry. The fryer oil was old… and you could taste it (ewwww). This place is now in my history book. Years of patronage… gone. Sad.

Me and my wife have gone to this place twice now and the food has been excellent. The reason why I gave them three stars is because their speciality alcohol beverages are made poorly. It seems like their bartenders are not experienced. The ribs are excellent!

We go there for the bash night on Monday or Wednesday night. AYCE wings for around $ 13. This also includes fries or you can sub celery /​carrots and choice of dips. Lots of flavors to choose from. Make sure to put in your next order or flavor when they drop of your wings so you don’t have to wait. They also have bogo boneless wings on Tuesday. They rock also.

My wife and I eat here frequently. The service is always friendly and the food is great! Try the Texas tangled twists

When I came in here I came with high expectations since I saw on Unilocal there was a 5 star review but as soon as I came in I was disappointed they seemed short on staff no one greeted us or the customers coming in also when we were going to order we had to servers fighting for our table they seemed very unprofessional. Other than the poor customer service the menu has great variety. We got queso and chips for free since it was our first time being there. Also we order Mexicali and the black jack and it tasted great!

The Carolina Fire wings can’t be beat. The only knock on them is that some of the wings are pretty slim on the meat. Good service and nice beer selection.

There are things I love about this restaurant chain, (the multitude of TV’s, the available patio seating). I even enjoy the food most of the time. But three times in a row now the service has been excruciatingly slow and at times absent altogether. And because of these three strikes, it will now be a LONG time before we give this location another shot (if ever). Too many other options.

Its been forever since the last times i have ate here, but from what i remember the food was great. Right when i walked in the door i noticed the workers behind the counter holding a baby.(guess they couldn’t find a babysitter) We were seated shortly, but for some reason got seated all the way in the way as if we were being exiled. I felt being that we were so hidden we were surely going to get bad service.
We ordered a chicken wrap, some chips, fries, and 8 pieces of hot ranch wings and 8 pieces of the sweet bourbon wings. The food was good and hit the spot. The service was good as well, even tho we were seated in a section that was hard to see and easy to forget, our server was checking up on us frequently.
This place is good to grab a bite and a beer., sit down and watch a game while eating, equivalent to a tgi fridays or a hooters in my opinion. The food is good but nothing mind blowing or out of this world. Just simple food for the simple person

This place sucks. The bartender is rude and the servers are too worried about their personal life rather than service. I took a couple of my employees here one day for lunch and I’ll never be back. The bartender thinks because she has a big chest she should get a tip? Nobody cares about your cruise or your life, I expect my glass to stay full and my food to be good. I’ll never be back.

We were pleasantly surprised by the food & service. It was kids eat free night so I was skeptical. The server was very attentive; the food was served with no issues & pretty quickly. I had the mexican wrap & really enjoyed it.

It’s a chain — if you enjoy the food that this type of restaurant serves, this is as good a place as any to grab your dinner fare.
The wait staff is typically young and inexperienced — but also fun and engaging. If you have an overly complicated or atypical order, there is a high possibility that it may not be as ordered — most of the time, I just go with the flow, but for people with sensitivities or allergies, it may be a dealbreaker.
I really enjoy the boneless buffalo wings — there is a lot of flavors, and they are very flavorful and moist.
I also enjoy the Texas Tangled Twists appetizer, which I get more than anything else on the menu — I often order it with grilled chicken added, and split it with a friend for a meal.
Overall, I eat at this restaurant pretty often as a local, and I think it has some unique offerings that other locations do not, so sometimes you just have to have your Buffalo’s fix :)

If you’re thinking about going here you should pass. I really don’t have anything good to say about this place. Been here a half a dozen times and every single time, with no exaggeration, the food comes out cold.

This place was pretty good actually. I was a little unsure at first because the host station area was a little sketchy and I wasn’t greeted. However, our table was very nice, our waitress was amazing always checking on us but not annoyingly. Filled out our drinks when low and rushed our order when we told her we were in a movie. Food was very good, and the menu had a very southwest feel. The name matched the restaurant-​you could smell the buffalo sauce when you walked inside. My shrimp and skirt steak was very favorable and my husband said he burger was good. Overall this place was really good and I would definitely go back. The owner/​manager was even walking around checking on tables.

My family and I are frequent customers (we come in a few times a year). Most often my father and I come in for some wings and to catch up. Overall we have always had a good experience. The staff is funny and tends to be pretty attentive. The wings are always awesome. My only compliant is there are times when the servers (bussers?) don’t wipe down the tables as well as they should.
All in all if you want a good place to sit down and relax for a bit this is a good spot.

Ok, first and foremost if you’re going to this place just to throw a few back at the bar area you’re fine. I enjoyed the bar and playing keno as usual. Now, when I look through the menu and find things that are enticing, I’ll take an order home. When I got home, food ok at best but there isn’t really any there. As far as the wings are concerned, it wasn’t all of that to me. The wings didn’t even appear to be fried because they still had the same color looking skin as if taken out of the package with just maybe being thrown on the grill to appear that it has been browned but wasn’t. I already knew the ribs weren’t smoked but got some anyway. They were ok at best. The kicker is, I spent like $ 24.00 on food which was a bunch of nothing but fries as there was no quantity at all. I’m going to have to end up ordering something else to eat tonight because it wasn’t anything but a snack. ;-(

the food is OK.
The service is sub-​par for the most part. Too may young folks who are not very attentive to their job.
