Waited for 15 literally watch an whole segment of ESPN so I’m not exaggerating to be seated. Got the attention of some servers who all told me to wait for the hostess. With half of the whole restaurant empty. I see why they have a sign don’t seat your self because it takes so long to be seated. I would have went to another restaurant but it’s to far out of the way.

Before we begin our review, we’d like to inform you that we had bad customer service every time we dined here. Also, we have heard of multiple bad customer service stories from many of our friends that dined here too. I am not one to complain, but after my last visit, I feel the need to write a review.(This is Aline speaking) Around 10:10PM I called to make a to go order. I asked the woman on the phone if I could have an order of loaded potato soup, and she said yes. I also ordered t bone steak w/a fried egg. I over heard her talking to her coworker clarifying what a fried egg actually was, and I said that I basically wanted it sunny side up but over hard. I also ordered the raspberry white chocolate pancakes to replace the buttermilk ones. I picked up my food and headed over to my friend, Ha’s house. When I opened up everything, I was missing my soup! I called immediately and explained to them what happened, and the worker informed me that they didn’t even serve loaded potato soup!(Wtf) I even asked the girl on the phone to run the order back to me and she listed loaded potato soup. I asked the man on the phone if I even paid for soup so that I wouldn’t have to run back there. He said that I indeed did pay for a bowl of soup but said that they did have chicken noodle soup to replace the loaded potato I previously ordered. So, I decided to go with the chicken noodle soup and drove all the way back there and I informed the first employee I saw about what happened. She said ok hold on and 5 minutes later came back out again. She handed me the soup without any apologies. I highly doubt that anyone informed the manager either. No discounts for the next time I wanted to get food there as well. Overall every employee I dealt with provided me with horrible customer service. The first employee for selling me a soup that they didn’t even have in the kitchen, and the last two for not informing their manager of my situation nor apologizing. After I headed back to my friend’s house to eat my cold meal, my eggs were not at all how I wanted them to be, and my steak tasted like rubber. Worst steak I’ve ever had to be honest. Customer service and food was bad. Me and all of my friends has always had bad service from here but this really tops it all. Last time I’ll be eating here for a LONG time,

We walked over for a breakfast from the Marriott Courtyard next door. Very friendly service by the servers there. Got out hot coffee and it’s not too bad here… and I would know. Ordered California Egg Scramble and Smokehouse breakfast. Wife’s scramble was delivered and with Apologies for them being out of avocado. They should have checked before preparing and bringing out the food. Avocado is the reason you order this dish. My smokehouse was fine. I will say the food quality overall is not at the top of my list, hash browns kind of seemed more processed or something. Not as good as other places that serve similar fate but pancakes and crepes may be a reason to visit again. That and location with friendly service.

This place is next to the hotel, so it seemed like an ideal place. However, their food is horrible. I don’t spend money in chain restaurants too often because of this. Our food was brought out cold. Pancakes. Hash browns. What was hot? Our eggs. I just can’t and I won’t return here.

Best service in a long time! I’ve been to this IHOP many times because they have great pancakes. Today was different! The food is the same but our waiter, Allen, was outstanding. He was thoughtful and was able to get our order correct and quickly. He was very polite and showed a genuine attitude for making sure we were satisfied. When I dropped my napkin he brought me a new one. I didn’t know he even saw me drop it! It’s CRAZY; who gets really good service anymore. It’s been years since I had this kind of service, and that includes fancy pricey restaurants. Way to go IHOP! You’ve truly have a waiter worth his weight in pancakes!!! Way to go Allen

This place is officially on the ‘never go there again’ list. There are too many problems we had to go over, but the main issues were 1. Ridiculous wait(we had 7 people, but 1 was a baby… So we watched them sit groups of 6 for an hour before I realized the fact that we had 7 was throwing them off… 2. The service(we fetched our own napkins silverware and drinks 3. The food(cold and wrong and incomplete.

My wife and I stopped in for breakfast, the first thing I noticed when I walked in was the smell, it smelled like a combination of pee and dirty mop water! I thought maybe it was just something near the entrance so we were seated. There was 4 – 5 waitresses walking around talking to each other, about fifteen minutes went by with no one stoping to take drink order so I stopped one of waitresses and ask if she could take our order she said«your not in my section» so we got up and left.

This was the worst experience we have ever had!!! Food was cold service was very slow. Then when we got our food reordered they brought it out one by one. Some of it was burned and they forgot a lot of what we ordered. The manager did comp our meals but need to retrain the staff and the Cook. I will never go back.

My husband & I enjoyed our late night breakfast at this particular I Hop. We arrived around 11pm the dining area was clean and quiet. Our server Jess was great very courteous and attentive. We ordered the chicken fajita omelet, orange juice, & coffee. Everything was delicious– hot & fresh. We have visited many I Hop’s around the country but this one is by far the best overall experience. We will definitely visit again.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at an IHOP. The waitress was a complete mess. They were«out» of a bunch of ingredients in our order(chicken strips, avocado, spinach) but failed to tell us until about 45 minutes of waiting for our food. Everything came out cold at different times. The omelets were completely wrong which made things take longer. We sat around for 2 hours and half of us didn’t end up eating because our food was so jacked up. To top it off paying at the end was a nightmare the waitress didn’t know how to split the bill.

Much better service tonight. Food was even warm or hot as it should be. It was about 11PM needed to eat. This was the closest choice. Much better overall. Only complaint is they serve Pepsi and not Coke. I can make do with that. Thanks guys much improved over my last visit.

We went in mid-morning on a Thursday with a group of probably fifteen people. Our server was Brenda and she was awesome — super patient because our group straggled in over a half hour time span, and she was extremely attentive and actually seemed excited to have such a large group! She got us all our drinks and kept everything refilled in a very timely manner. Everything else about our visit was typical IHOP — that is, yummy breakfast food served relatively quickly — but Brenda made a typical meal really special. And, they put the Bananas and Cream Belgian Waffle on the menu full time and that shit is my JAM. Deeeeelicious.

Clean area. Clean IHOP. Clean parking lot. Food is typical IHOP breakfast. Nice, warm, consistent. Service at this location is terribly slow. I guess that’s the trend at IHOP. Waited almost 35 mins for our food. Granted it was 0100, there were about 4 servers and the place wasn’t even filled. About 5 tables maybe. Have no clue why the wait for our order was sooooo long.

This place is obviously run by morons. I blame the leadership for the staff. This was my second and LAST visit to this location. The first time I waited 20 minutes while my to-go order was sitting behind the cashier ready to be picked up. Had I not asked I’d a been there all day. This time my food was ready but when I showed up and wanted to use a gift card I was told I could not. Apparently the system was down. I was too angry to think to ask if they’re taking check/debit cards. Seems to me if they can accept those they should be able to take a gift card. I don’t even know of they got my order right. Honestly I’ve lost my appetite and for a 300 lb man to lose his appetite something must be very wrong. I hate this place. Save yourself the trouble and find a waffle house. OHMYGOD!!! They totally screwed up our order. If I go back in there I will end up in jail. Please people, avoid at all costs. Idiots!!!

I have been here several times now and on occasion have found it closed… even though it’s 24⁄7. The service is adequate at best… the food is ok, especially at 2⁄3 in the morning. But I’ve had a few times now where they’re out of things like fries and Ingredients for omelettes and certain fruits for their pancakes… it’s still kinda new so it’s hit and miss…
