Solid Home Inspections

We are finalizing the process of having a new home built and thought it would be smart to have an inspector come give the once-​over before we closed. My husband and I both thought we were being silly since everything is brand new; boy were we wrong! I just read through the final report and was blown away with how thorough the inspector was with his final report. There were several items listed that the city inspectors didn’t notice and the builder sure hasn’t pointed out. I assumed there would be a few little things, but this inspector pointed out very subtle things that if not fixed would lead to thousands of dollars worth of repairs a few years down the line. This gives me such a peace of mind. Now I have a detailed list of items to take back to our builder, and have these issues fixed now so we can go into closing knowing we are getting the perfect home. Choosing Solid Home Inspections went from a passing thought to a total godsend.
