Horrible customer service. I made an appointment and first Nancy asked me not to buy the Groupon which included color and hair cut for 62.00 when i got there she said that she didnt want me to buy it because she wouldn’t get her commission and would have to divide that with her manager and Groupon. While i was there her and the other girl would talk bad about me in spanish. Little did they know i could understand. Then she charged me more because she trim my hair which i thought it was included. My hair is short and it states on groupon below shoulders would charge more, my hair doesn’t hit my shoulders. Not going to this shady place again!

So happy to have found NANCY at this Salon. She knows how to color hair! She has done my hair twice now and both times I have been very pleased with the results.
I get full highlights. Again she is really good at color, my hair pulls red and I hate red! She makes it look blonde and wonderful. I would not leave this review about hair color if she was not good. Hair color is a serious matter.

Not sure about the other reviews. This is my second time visiting — first time was a haircut, great job! Loved my hair. This time was a haircut and highlights. My hair turned out amazing and Kim was an awesome colorist and stylist. She is a super friendly and easy to talk to woman so I really enjoyed my time spent with her. My highlights came out beautifully (my hair is dark brown and got blonde highlights) and the price was awesome! I have received tons of compliments! I will definitely return to see Kim, highly recommend.

I found this place thru Groupon. I had an excellent experience. Nancy was very sweet and listened to what i wanted for a cut and color. She was also honest when i asked her opinion about the cut, which i totally appreciated. Nancy knows her color and I’m very happy with how it all turned out.

Was treated HORRIBLY at this location by a stylist who seemed very undertrained in both customer service and coloring skills. When I asked to see a manager, I was told they were between managers at the moment. No wonder the place was empty.
