Not a fan. I haven’t cried over a hair cut since high school. I asked for choppy layers but he thinned my hair so much that I look sick. I won’t be returning. It’s just another bad chain with high turnover and apathetic stylists.

Been here 4 times. High turnover and inconsistent pricing. The manager argued the pricing with me when I advised the last three times I had been there, the price varied from 27– 33 sans tip. She said she would honor the pricing that day but next time she would charge 45. I got a bob cut, no shampoo, no blowdry. And, if spritzing water on my hair after you determined the only way to cut my hair is to straighten it to do a bob (which has only happened here) to refresh my curls is a «style,» then I will gladly go to a salon that will style me ready and not force me to go adjust it myself before I continue my day. I even brought my own product because the last time I visited I was told they didn’t have product for curly hair, she scoffed at me. I liked the lady that cut my hair the last two times, who is unfortunately no longer there. How this place remains open is beyond me, and while I thought I had a good place to return to, I likely will NOT. Don’t make me feel bad because you don’t train your people and you don’t post your service pricing. This salon isn’t anything special; they aren’t a spa and the manager needs to recognize that you can’t fault or be flippant to a customer when they bring something to your attention. Don’t do me any favors lady, I can take my business elsewhere. Sincere apologies to Kurstee who just started, and bless her heart, did an amazing job. I hope to be in touch.

Please do not make the mistake of going to this salon! I grew my hair out for two years to make sure that my highlights were visible when done. I inquired about the charge for highlights for my hair & made sure to ask if the stylist had experience doing so. I was told she had several years so I decided to let her perform the service. At the shampoo area I smelled bleach even after she took the foils out & shampooed my hair. I specifically ask her about the smell. She explained that she was evening out the color. When I got back to her chair & she took off the towel, my hair was bright orange with NO highlights visible. I cannot tell you how upset I was. Maria even charged me & knew I was very disappointed with her service. One star is too much.

Horrible service! Nancy was talking bad about me with her co-​worker. Little did she know she I am half hidpanic and heard everything she had to say. I went there with a Groupon and was charged more. They do not charge 140 for cut and color, so the Groupon is a scam. Not going there again.

Rachel is awesome! It’s rare to find a stylist who will listen to what I want and envision exactly the look I’m going for! I really appreciate her honesty as to what she can do and not do, but what she didnt tell me is how talented she is at cutting and coloring. She colored and cut my hair (at a very reasonable price) better than my expectations. Highly recommend!

Great haircut with Frank — he gave easy tips and a wonderful cut at the same time. Very laid back and great at making sure we were on the same page. Walked in and out happy in less than an hour with wash, cut, and blow dry.
