Their website was not clear on which classes Groupon users were allowed to take. After I took the intro/​beginners, I signed up online for a different class. When I arrived to the studio, Rosie (the owner) not only told me to leave, she did so in a loud and embarrassing manner in the front lobby. I realize businesses make little or no money from Groupons, but I would think they would use them as an opportunity to gain full-​paying studio members. A simple and polite phone call *before* I left my home that morning would have saved me a lot of trouble, and would have saved them this poor review.
The good news? Groupon promptly issued me a refund when I contacted them.

I started Pilates with a groupon. But it wasn’t enough for me. I have been coming here for a year and love it! Every class is different and I can really challenge myself! I’m addicted to Pilates!

Love, love, love, this place. Rosa the instructor/​owner is a fantastic instructor. She gives personalized attention to everyone in the class and is easy to follow. She explains each movement and makes sure you are doing it correctly for maximum results. This place is super clean, smell like a spa and even when she kicks your butt you still leave feeling refreshed. Highly recommend her classes!

Bought a Groupon and have been to 2 classes and used the massage table once. 5 stars because the classes I’ve been to have been very well taught, and the place itself is nice and clean inside. I love that the lights are dim and the music is low enough to hear the instructor. The reformers are clean and all in working order. For a beginner like me, this is a great place to learn Pilates. The instructors walk around and make sure each person is in correct position without making one feel bad for not knowing.

I bought a Groupon for Premier Pilates and the Groupon says that it doesn’t expire until September 2014. I took my first class some time in March 2014, and went back to take another one about a month later and the Pilates studio said that my Groupon expired a month after I took my first class. They should disclose this information to people instead of trying to hide it. I give them a big thumbs down for customer service.

So far I’ve used 3 of my 5 sessions from Groupon and I will say that I will definitely sign up! I’ve finally found something that I can do long term and enjoy. The place is nice, instructors are great and routines are deceptively challenging. Nothing like going to a gym and not knowing what do next! So glad I tried it out. Will post updates later in my progress.
