Had my blower on one of my two A/​C units on my house stop blowing yesterday. With a little of my trouble shooting, I had it narrowed down to, not the condenser outside, not a burned blower, but not sure about the power hum I kept hearing at the fan. Called these guys from 5 star Unilocal reviews, and their nearby location, to give them a shot. They responded day of, early in the time window they gave me, and Greg was professional and polite. I even got a phone call from their secretary telling me my A/​C guy would be there in about 10 minutes. Great customer service. They found the capacitor issue in 5 minutes and were very reasonably priced. I will be doing business again with them.

Called Dynamic at 3:00 p.m. on a Saturday to check what I suspected was a faulty gas igniter on our furnace. James was at our home an hour later. He inspected the unit and confirmed the faulty part was the cause of the problem. He had the replacement part and completed the repair and service in less than an hour.
James answered my questions about the builder’s poor choice of furnace location and was knowledgeable, polite and fit for the job.
Would use Dynamic again.

Great service!!! Busy time of year but they fit me in anyway! Took less than an hour to diagnose and fix problem with my heater. Showed me and explained the problem. Charged only for actual problem and work! Just gotta say this company will be my go to company for AC/​Heater repair going forward! Honest, Reliable, Prompt, Courteous and Very Fairly Priced!

Contacted these fine folks last week when my A/​C decided it didn’t want to work properly. They were super friendly and knowledgeable, and their technician arrived in a VERY short amount of time and was able to not only fix the issue at hand, but was done quickly and the price was EXTREMELY fair, reasonable, and affordable! On top of that, he must’ve taken care of some issues that previous A/​C repairmen failed to, because since Dynamic Air & Heating came out and performed an on-​site repair, it seems like the A/​C here is blowing colder than it ever has in the two years I’ve been at this location! I don’t have enough good things to say about Dynamic Air & Heating, and I know that should I experience any other air conditioning troubles in the future that I won’t have anything to worry about!!!
