I am very disappointed and frustrated with these guys. They came out to our house and made a bid to update both of our condensers and compressors for an insurance claim, and when the full claim was approved, they refused to do the work. This was more than a simple estimate, as the claim approval is based on their specific bid. They were scheduled for next day work with a technician that told me he would «be back tomorrow ready to go at 8am.» Trung, the manager then called me back to inform me that now he thinks my attic would be uncomfortable and hard to work in. This just seems very unprofessional to try and blame me for the job being too hard — after committing to do it. I am glad to spend my money with another company, just frustrated with the inconvenience of SOMEONE WHO WONT DO WHAT THEY SAY!

After a bad thunder storm my downstairs unit wouldn’t turn on. I called them, they showed up fast. My Ac repair guy I think his name was Escobar was very nice and very helpful. Came to find out my thermostat was burned. He didn’t try to charge me for anything extra, just a service call which was $ 40.
I recommend them to everyone. Very honest and helpful

these guys have helped me twice, once when my upstairs unit wouldn’t turn on, they came out and found a short in the wiring in the house. They were at my house in an hour on a Sunday. The next time they came out within an hour on a Friday afternoon when my downstairs unit wouldn’t blow cold air. They found my compressor bad and quoted me three different options to fix it. They were out the next morning (Saturday) to fix it and now my A/​C is ice cold and working perfectly. Very professional and Johnny on the spot when you need them.

We called and they showed up the same day. They were was actually 15 minutes early! They went over everything before they started and we had cold a/​c in less than an hour! They also did not charge any extra fees or extra for coming out on a holiday weekend. Great Work!

The owner came out and did the repairs himself. Was willing to come very late at night, but just had him come at 9 in the morning the next day. He was even just a tad bit early! Did a thorough job, showed me the problem, and replaced the broken fan motor at a reasonable and very fair/​competitive pricing. Used top brand name parts. Was extremely polite, professional, and friendly. I would recommend K A/​C Express to anyone, including my own family and friends.

Needed AC service after calling ARS and being ripped off for 160 dollars; I called and spoke to Trun about coming to my house on a Saturday afternoon to check my AC and give me a replacement quote. He showed up on time started working on the system and explained to me everything I needed to know. After his assessment he quoted me a price that I could not refuse, very reasonable plus he beat ARS ridiculous quote. I agreed to replace the system and his crew was in and out of my house in about half a day. I am very happy with the service I will be definitely using KAC in the future

I had K AC replace all my ducting in my attic, replace my duct manifold, check my compressor unit, and clean my compressor unit. Trung came out and gave me the most thorough inspection with the best price compared to the other company I called and got a quote from. He is friendly, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. His technicians also work hard and they even replaced some insulation for me that I bought while they were up in the attic. I would recommend K AC to any of my family and friends.
