Cuttyhunk Fishing Club Bed & Breakfast

We went for breakfast after getting off of the ferry this weekend.
I had an excellent Eggs Benedict on croissant. Really good hollandaise. He had an egg scramble with linguica, peppers and onions which was pretty good. Unusual but tasty homefries.
There’s a nice breeze on the porch and a lovely view. Service is pretty slow (breakfast took over an hour and a half), but I suppose that’s what island life is about.
The experience was marred by a very rude redheaded teenager/​20-​something waitress who told my significant other to «get off the deck» (the eating area) when he tried to put our name in when we first arrived. She said «the deck is busy; I need you off the deck». Mind you, there was no other way to put your name in except by walking onto said deck.
Had there been another place for breakfast on the island, I certainly would have left then. Absolutely shameful behavior towards a patron by an employee in a service-​related field. Shameful.
