SunRun has been a huge disappointment. We were told we would easily save over a $ 100+ beginning in 2010. I asked repeatedly for a savings analysis to be done and finally got four years worth in June of 2014, saving a grand total of $ 16 a month. We have been in negotiations to settle on a new rate, to consider their proposal I asked for a savings analysis to be done for this year. They waited a week, came back to me, and said, no, we already did some earlier this year, not doing another one. So I had to figure out how to do it on my own by wading through the pricing tiers, the varying baselines with PG&E, and correlate them with SunRun production. Found out that with SunRun we are paying over $ 450 more this year for power than if we had just PG&E as our provider. Obviously they did not want to provide that information to me. As I am seeing more and more from other customers, «Run from SunRun!»
