Service is okay. But the drink is terrible. I ordered one secret menu iced tea large size but I finished it in one minute. BECAUSEMYWHOLECUPISFILLEDUPBYTHEICE. I will never never come back again to spend money on a cup of ice.

Ordered my drink via Starbuck’s app and it was ready when I got there, which is why they got an extra star. The low rating is for the poor customer service I received. There was one person in line and the barista, Allison, was making a couple of small frapps for a customer. I walked in and stood by the bar, awaiting a greeting or acknowledgement. They never came… I patiently waited for Allison to be done with the frappucinos. When she finally finished, I attempted to make eye contact and was very disappointed, I had to ask her if the drink on the counter was mine. A quick«Yeah» was all I got. I confirmed by asking if it was a for a mobile order, she repeated the quick«Yeah», this time with a slight tone of annoyance. Not once did she greet, smile or make eye contact. I’m very disappointed because I frequent Starbucks daily, and it’s not just about the coffee, but also the experience. I hope she was just having a bad day, because she is well below the standards of customer service that I know Starbuck’s has for its employees(I’m a former employee).

Quick coffee fix at night, they close pretty late. Excellent customer service, he helped us figure out some issues with the Starbucks card. Space was clean and had a good number of places to sit inside and outside. We were in and out pretty quickly.

Went in for coffee to wake up. The place smells like coffee to me. What musty smell? If there was some, the coffee grinds would have covered up anything. The milk is milk. I ordered my regular frap. Being an Asian, I think I’d be the first to know if the milk was some alien cow brand. I didn’t know they use anything besides regular and the skim that makes terrible fraps

Most of the time I come here, the line moves fairly fast. It’s pretty incredible, because I once went to a Starbucks in Salinas, and that line took forever. Kudos to the speed of the Bay Area. This is a small location, but I have a hunch that they are about to expand. The Noahs bagels next door closed and pretty sure they are going to take over that space. Parking can be a pain, but most likely you’ll find a spot somewhere.

I normally love stepping into any Starbucks as you’re usually greeted with a nice aroma, kind of a combination of fresh ground coffee and cinnamon. However, this location smelled so MUSTY. Like a gym locker room or something. The service and drinks were fine, but it was so miserable waiting in there to be served that I have to give 1 star. It was that bad. Maybe it was just a temporary problem with their ventilation system or something. I will update this review if I notice any difference in the future.

This Starbucks is okay, they aren’t too fast at making drinks and the workers here seem to be a bit depressed. They spelled my name wrong and my name’s pretty simple. The cashier made weird recommendations. At least this Starbucks is clean. 4⁄10 would slightly reccomend.

Listen up Starbucks corporate and your goofy expiry dates on rewards 12 stars and birthday: it’s annoying and dumb so cut them out! Do you really think your gold reward customers aren’t coming back for a visit?! it’s always about the experience so make redeeming a reward fun and not a pain in the bootie! The barista graciously gave me my birthday reward even though he said it technically expires in a two week window from the actual date. I don’t know about my fellow Scorpios but go for the birthday month celebration. ;D. This visit and gracious barista 5 stars. Reward expiry dates –1 stars

First time stopping by at this specific location. I ordered my Cold Brew with Light — Heavy Whipping Cream, 2 pumps of caramel, and a drizzle of caramel syrup. TERRRIBLE. Ive never written a review before and this made me highly upset to the point where I felt the need to write one. I order coffee on a daily basis AND I used to be a barista at a café/coffee shop for 2 years so I know my coffee. 1) It’s clear they used REGULARMILK. I saw the girl working behind the counter this morning pull a gallon of regular milk.(She literally half a– my order thinking I wouldn’t notice or know what she’s doing). 2) There was only a drizzle of caramel syrup on top, noooo flavor of the caramel pump ATALL. 3) It tasted like PURECOLDBREW. Disgusting and I didn’t even bother making it halfway through the drink. If I can put no stars, I would. Wasted time, money, and gas. I was better off going to Peet’s or Philz down the street. Keep in mind they weren’t busy with orders when I walked in. I was the only one in line.

Good god this place made me want to throw sh*t. Starbucks is Starbucks for a reason. There was systems implemented and put into place to make things easy. That said, if you don’t use said systems, it’s not going to be easy and you’re going to piss people off. I was one of those people, shocker I know. One of the things that they’re known for is getting the customers name and putting it on the cup instead of having to ‘sell’ random items. Well, they were selling everything randomly every freaking day. It didn’t help that the lines were like 3 – 6 people deep and I’m listening for my name, that I gave them, only to yell out what I ordered. How the hell do I know if it’s mine or someone elses? How the hell am I supposed to know everybody else order? This place done pissed me off far too many times but sadly, it was literally blocks away from work. Also, no decaf or dark roast brewed and I got pour over. Normally pour over is a treat if not a luxury but having to to wait the 5+ minutes to get the damn thing so I can scurry over to work, kind of a pain. I know, I know, first world problems but seriously. Get your Sh*t together.

Decent Starbucks on the edge of the busy DeAnza & Stevens Creek intersection. Perfect for the crossroads of so many people passing through this junction. After Getting a quick slice of pizza it was time for refreshments for the road. Venti iced tea is a ton of liquid refreshment. As far as i can tell it’s a big hangout. Service is straightforward and they get your drinks to you as fast as they can for you to be on your way

Be weary of this Starbucks! Our drinks were mixed up because they don’t write on the cups… I see if there’s only 1 or 2 ppl but there was a whole line of drinks to be made how can someone remember everyone’s in order. Also I watched the barista lid my drink that was only ¾ full, I had to ask for it to be filled all the way. wont be coming back. The girl who took our order was nice and friendly though.

Fast service, OK drinks. It seems like they have a tendency to mix up drinks though, and from reading the other reviews it looks like I’m not the only one to experience this. One time I came here with my sister. I ordered an orange mango smoothie with kale, and she got an iced peach green tea. The drinks look NOTHING alike, but somehow they ended up calling my order when her drink came out. I picked it up and just looked confusedly at it(it was even labeled«+kale»), until a few moments later they called my order again, this time with my actual drink. When I flagged down the guy calling out drinks to make sure the second one was actually my drink, he said yes, and kind of gave a look like«uh yeah, didn’t I just say that?» Well yes, but you also called out the wrong thing the first time. Anyway, wasn’t that big of a deal because it was my sister’s and my drinks that had been mixed up, but it really shouldn’t have happened in the first place.

I didn’t get her name, but she was quick, friendly, and efficient. She took our orders and got them started at the bar area even before we paid. Fast service. We ordered the Guatemala reserve coffee and a short green tea soy latte with no sweetener at 120 degrees. Register person was nice and talkative. We got our orders within 5 minutes. In and out. Love it.
