Kloss Susan Professional Organizer

My husband and I started working with Susan 20+ years (and two houses) ago. Going through personal stuff can be a minefield. Susan is wonderfully diplomatic and she has always been open minded, trustworthy and one of the hardest working individuals I have ever met.
There have been times that we have had Susan work independently for a full weekend (or more) and the results have been fabulous!
Susan has a terrific eye for visual placement /​visual aesthetics and she has hung most of the artwork in our homes. She is also great at improvised solutions and sharing information regarding new types of solutions available in the marketplace (storage solutions, racks for sporting goods, custom table covers, mail processing, etc.).
Susan is hands on and she brings her own organizing tools, tool box and step ladder. She has installed pull-​out storage shelves in our kitchen (all three houses). When our son was born she even helped with child proofing. Susan even handled the kitchen set up in our new house.
We have gotten to know Susan over the years and she even stays at our home here on the coast when she is here for multiple days of work. On a personal note, Susan is extremely witty and we really enjoy spending time with her.
I recently had some medical issues that prevented me from getting my home office set up. After getting tired of looking at a room full of boxes, I finally scheduled Susan to come out for a couple days to get it done.
At the end of the weekend, Susan brought me in for the big reveal. My office looks better than I ever imagined it could. Susan used a folding privacy screen with the Eiffel Tower (that I hadn’t found the right spot for) and mounted it on the wall. The result was stunning!
Getting organized has been life changing. We would not hesitate to recommend Susan!

Susan has been an integral part of making our home function. She has assisted us through many transition times (new baby, moving, parents sending boxes of childhood keepsakes and furniture), not to mention various garage clean outs. She has the ability to work alongside a homeowner or on her own. I have learned so much from my time with her and I so appreciate her «soup to nuts» attitude. When she leaves for the day, she makes sure the areas we have worked on are in crisp order with all trash, give aways, shredding, recycling etc. in their proper places. She is a creative problem solver with attention to detail. I have and will continue to recommend Susan with utmost confidence.
