Chipotle is generic burrito we are all used to but tonight the chicken is too salty! I asked the kid behind the counter to give me couple peppers from the fajita veggies. He started arguing — well we have changed our receipe so its supposed to be more onions. I’m like dude just give me a f* pepper! Humor me! He reluctantly parted with one. Then the guy couldn’t wrap the burrito so that was a s**t show. I got a torn burrito that fell apart as soon as I opened the foil. So I think this dinner was 2. And it was a Tuesday night btw.

This place is super friendly love coming to this place especially since their this one lady who has dirty blond hair, blue eyes and always wear her hair in a bun. I think she might be a lead or a Assitant. She always helps her coworkers, is fast, friendly, I always see her being productive. They should hire more ppl like her

I use to come here quite regularly but got sick eating their food. They need to clean up their food quality and communicate their food safety process to me before I come back.

I haven’t been here for a while after hearing about the e. coli outbreak, but I decided to give it a try. When I first came in the door, the entire staff greeted me and yelled out: «welcome to chipotle». I expected that there would be a line, but there were next to no people, I was the only one in line. The music was really loud which made it hard to say my order. I ordered a bowl with chicken, black beans, white rice, mild salsa, corn, sour cream, and lettuce. The staff were fast and friendly; I got my bowl made and paid within 3 minutes. The portion size was smaller than I expected, but other than that, there was no noticeable difference. Overall, the staff was friendly and fast, but the portion size was smaller than usual.

I stopped coming here about 8 years ago, because I’d get sick every couple times. But it happened regularly. Three times I believe. After the third time I said to myself«OK, now it’s my fault for getting sick because I keep going back». So yeah, that’s my only experience with this place. Got sick one to many times. Stopped going back.

Usual crappy, we can’t ever be ready service. Arrived a few minutes early for a phone order, and was told — sorry we don’t have the chicken ready. I was asked to sit down and wait, I’m told by the manager he would come and get me. I watched 60 people get served and three dishes of chicken prepped before I finally went up and said did you forget me? «Oh sorry» No offer of anything to be comped. No nothing. As a family we go to chipotle restaurant all over the state, and I would offer that this particular location has repeatedly had the crappiest prep and worst customer service. Bar none.

Love this new convenient location. The employees are super friendly! It’s a typical chipotle where it gets busy during lunch and dinner hours so I always try to go in between times to avoid a rush. But they go through the line fairly quickly! I love their chicken and their fresh salsas are so tasty to add to any item!

I stopped going to Chipotle in Cupertino when both my daughter and I got sick after eating their steak burritos. Our painful illness lasted about a week and I contacted their manager and expressed my concern about an employee who was handling the uncooked meat then immediately serving at the assembly line. This seems like a potential problem to me but not serious enough for them to change. I hope after the recent e. Coli outbreaks in WA and Oregon that Chipotle do a better job protecting the public! News flash– once you lose the trust of customers, Chipotle, it’s hard to get them back.

A chipotle that does everything it is suppose to do. You know exactly what you are going to get here. The only thing is that they do not stuff or pack the burrito or burrito bowl haha. Not a big deal but it’s cool when places do that. Got my half chicken half steak bowl and it hit my chipotle craving. Overall: will return when craving Chipotle in the area.

My boyfriend and I came here earlier today to get some late lunch and we waited in line for our turn. When it got to be my turn, I told the guy that I would like a bowl with white rice for take out and he got my empty bowl and reach out to get the rice when he suddenly sneezed(?) all over my bowl and probably the rice containers. I actually don’t know what he was doing because he literally just sprayed spit everywhere and it didn’t look like a cough or a sneeze, but I do know that he didn’t even turn his head or cover his mouth with his arm. Just directly into my bowl… I know at this point I should’ve spoken up, but I’m not really an outspoken person and I didn’t want to sound like a bitch by telling him to switch out my bowl with a new one and bring in a brand new batch of rice. I guess I was hoping that he would have the common sense and decency to at least switch out my bowl and throw out the top layer of rice in that container without me asking. Instead he gave me an awkward smile and said«sorry» and then CONTINUED to put the rice he sneezed on into my bowl he sneezed on. I told my boyfriend what happened after we payed and started walking to the car because apparently he wasn’t paying attention and he told me that he’ll just eat my bowl and I can have his. Now he’s sneezing and has a sore throat. I never write reviews no matter how bad the experience gets, but here I am making my first Unilocal review ever because I really hope that someone in management sees this and trains their employees common sanitary procedures when handling food. It breaks my heart that I have to write a bad review for one of my favorite places to eat. I will be coming back however because chipotle is my holy grail and this is just one mistake of an employee who just didn’t know to be more careful.

Went 15 minutes before closing on a Monday night. A bit of an a-hole move but I had a buy-one-get-one free coupon that I had forgotten all about and would expire the next day. Although it was so close to closing, there were a few tables filled and people in front of and behind us in line. I think the guy who served me was knew because he took some instruction from a co-worker but I’m still disappointed in the service. It was so close to closing and it seemed they were fully stocked on ingredients still. Yet he only gave me one scoop of rice for the burrito bowl. Basically we ended up with 2 halves a burrito bowl which weren’t even worth using the buy-one-get-one free because it was like buying one and getting one. They were also out of forks. Overall the food was still the same taste.

Can never go wrong with Chipotle Despite the long lines during rush hours, the folks running this place are really quick and professional. It never takes more than 10 minutes to get you order and the servers are noti stingy with the serving sizes as some of the other Chipotles I have been too.

This was actually my first time ordering from Chipotle. I had a BOGO(buy one, get one free) promotion and figured I’d finally stop by. I’m quite familiar with the Chipotle model and I can understand why their combination of fresh ingredients, fast preparation, and no fuss service are very popular. It was quite crowded at the lunch hour but the workers breeze through the line efficiently making burritos, tacos, burrito bowls or salads as quickly as people come in. With a few stock choices, some minor variations to keep people interested, and quick preparation, you can see why Chipotle has become the model that places like Sushiritto and Spice Kit have followed. Prices are fair too. Portion sizes are plentiful and I left with two large burrito bowls for just over $ 10. It’s hard to beat that promotion. I tried the Barbacoa, Steak, and Carnitas and all were fine though none was particularly memorable or super tasty. If I had to choose again I should have gotten cheese, sour cream, and doubled up on the salsa to kick the flavor up. Overall, it’s a great concept with solid food that’s quick and easy. There’s just too many other interesting places for me to try so I might not be back for awhile. Chipotle accepts credit cards including American Express.

Is Chipotle going to be the next Freebirds? We all know how people responded to their price increases, as shown by its very short-lived life next to Philz. I heard about Chipotle raising prices but I was so shocked when it came time for me to pay. The steak burritos are now over $ 8, guac is over $ 2, and they charge an extra $ 3 for quesarritos. Don’t think I’ll be coming to Chipotle as often. So, so sad. D: As for this location, they serve such small portions that my friend laughed when they plopped a tiny dollop of guac and charged over 2 dollars. You know when you laugh out of shock? It was one of those.

walking in all I could think was, «this is a madhouse!» the line looked long but moved extremely fast. I enjoyed that until I hit the people working the line. their curt questions, responses, and mannerisms weren’t particularly pleasant… but I assume that’s what is necessary to move the line that quickly. so it didn’t bring down my rating. I ordered the steak salad. the lettuce was crisp, grilled veggies flavorful, corn salsa excellent, and cheese plentiful. the only disappointment was the steak which was slightly tough and relatively flavorless. I would definitely come back for another salad or perhaps a burrito next time, just with a different protein. best part of my visit was seeing people play dominos over lunch! I need to start doing that with my coworkers!

I stumbled upon this branch while trying to look for some food when I was in the area. This branch is located in a plaza with Ranch 99. It’s pretty easy to spot since it faces directly onto the street. Parking is easy, too, so no worries on that. This might be one of the bigger branches I’ve been to so far. This place is very spacious with a lot of tables, booths, and the bar seating. The staff was very friendly. They were very generous with the food portions, which was awesome. The food was of typical quality and was delicious as always. This branch is definitely one of the better ones that I’ve been to. If only I lived closer, I would be coming here all the time.

The USDA select prime chicken cut served as a delightful experience. Our waiter, Pablo, brought me the necessary napkins and fork to accompqny by burrito bowl — or should i say burritô bowlé. It packed enough spice to please my tastebuds… all 3454 of them. The firmness of the lettuce was also quite extraordinary. It had the crunch that i could only experience at French Laundry. I knew it was great quality. I am a foodie and i just know whats great food and this was one of them.

This chipotle location is very solid. Seating is plentiful and temperature is never too hot or too cold. Service is quick, as with all chipotle’s, but sometimes a bit too quick. I always order a tortilla on the side and one time, it got lost in the orders ahead of me, they had to make a new one when I was about to pay. I started using the chiporle app to save time, and since I usually order a chicken salad, extra veggies and corn, less sour cream, and tortilla on the side. When I come in to pick up my order, I skip to the front of the line, and they have my order ready. When you order online, there’s an «additional comments» section where you can tell them what you want more of, less of, etc. It only ever gets crowded on a friday night. Chipotle uses very natural ingredients. I could take the time and effort to explain it all, but you can just read all about it in this section of their website. Recently, chipotle has been skimping out on giving extras. You ask for extra X and they only give a scoop of it. It might be a little bit more than what they used to give but definitely aren’t as generous as they were before. Either way, I order online via app so I don’t have expectations. Their regular portions are more than enough to satisfy a hungry young adult.

My go to chipotle! The ingredients are always super fresh and they don’t skimp(compared to other chipotles). The lines can get pretty long around lunch time, but on the off hours you can get your meal with no wait. I do wish their chips were more seasoned. They tend to be bland and lack that salt and lime flavor that makes them so delicious.
