Pulled up at drive thru, was immediately greeted and placed my order. There were 3 cars ahead of me, but still got to pay window in just a few minutes. Paid for order and was out of there, all under 5 minutes. No complaints!

Went to this TB today for lunch after months of not wanting to go near it. I was very pleased. Since it opened last year, it was a terribly run place with snails for staff that had sassy attitudes. But now, the staff has all new people that were extremely polite and were competent, unlike before. I will certainly start going back to this TB rather than drive an extra 3 miles to another. It was also very clean inside and out. Much needed changes happened here and it’ll certainly help their business!

I’ve gone to this Taco Bell countless times and about one out of every three times I place an order they screw it up. Tonight they went a little further… they not only did not get the order correct but also CHANGED THE ORDER after I drove up to the next window. Do not go here, this establishment is a waste of time. Go to the one on the other side of the highway instead, they almost never screw my orders up.

Wanted to update after nearly a year and I write a lot of reviews.
I have a Taco Bell near me in Dacula which is good and seems well managed, but the cumming location for me continues to be spot on. I mostly just a bag of tacos but they are full of meat, lettuce tomatoes and cheese and have not had a bad trip yet. I see others are not happy but their rating is still over 90-​… 94 last check, staff is quick and haven’t steered me wrong. If you have a problem– tell them! I do always check my food– count/​open a couple, make sure there are napkins and sauce and go. Have to still say it’s the best in Buford cumming Gainesville triangle.

I just got straight sarcasm from the girl in the drive thru three times. She was awful! I said, «I’ll just come inside then.» and she said «Oh, are you!». When I went in, you could tell that everyone wearing headphones heard it and either got a good chuckle, or thought the girl was in for it. She just hid in the hole by the drive thru window and played dumb, which I’m sure isn’t far from reality. After making my order inside, the manager apologized and took $ 3 off. While I appreciate the sentiment, this chick needs to be suspended or send her to work in the back mopping and doing dishes. I don’t know who she thinks she is giving anybody that sarcastic attitude given the fact that she slings nachos. It would behoove the powers that be at this taco bell to find her replacement, stat! I think I’ll go to the old taco bell up the street from now on. The one that doesn’t have an 80 health score.

Went here again unfortunately, they forgot two items of the meal and gave us a steak quesarito that was completely black. Such a let down taco bell
