Got there late, about 10 minutes before close, and crew was very pleasant. Since they were about to close, we got extra large portions. Sweet bunch of folks.

I’ll start off by saying I LOVE chipotle. But this one not so much. A few months ago I got RAW chicken here, and they were rude about fixing it and didn’t give me a refund or discount. I have been back and it’s been okay, but they could seriously work on their portions. Windward Chipotle is the way to go.

First time at this location… The employees were all so nice. They even recognized I hadn’t been there before and were extra welcoming. And this was during their busiest lunch hour. Food was delicious of course.

This location continues to get better. They really work to keep the inside clean and the line moves faster. Good food as always!

My favorite place to grab lunch. The food is always fresh and the staff is always smiling and very accommodating. The down side is the lines are always long especially at lunch time and the place is small.

We actually walked out yesterday, 6−04−15. Ordered a burrito, the kid put the meat on the shell and it was half the size of other Chipotles, I said is that ALL the meat that goes on it? He said that was the portion they use. Did not say I could pay extra for more. The NOISE from the speakers was so loud you could hardly hear each other, AND as always the Cumming store is the dirtiest of any Chipotles we go to. We live in Cumming but will NOT be going back to that store.

Really bad service. I am not a huge fan of this chain anyways due to the meat sitting in a heater and not being fresh. Also their burritos can be 1200 calories and healthy. The people here are so rude and have attitudes. I will never go here again and will probably avoid all of the chain’s locations as it is going down hill fast.

the first time i ordered food, i took the small portion of my chipotle as «being busy». the second time was not however and i was like wtf. its called a chiptole«bowl» not a chipotle«plate» the food overall seemed dry and old. you guys need to step up your quality and the workers need to be giving regular portions. we re not kids stop giving us small portions. this place needs to be managed properly cause you guys obviously dont know how to handle the food industry.

Had to change my review because of the poor level of service on our last visit. Food is still good but the customer service from the female employee that helped us and the manager was awful.

I was expecting so much more… If the rest of the chipotle stores were as bad as this one the chain would fail!

Long slow line to start your experience. The young man who started my order was energetic and friendly. I give him a full star for being optimistic. From there it was all down hill. The two people in the middle where grabbing and touching all kinds of different types of food. It was so much that I asked them to start over because it was grossing me out. They almost did it again but I coughed loudly and was like I will ask you to make it again. That is not usually my style but… at the end they put a small scoop of guacamole that cost 2 dollars more? Dang. I am almost through with this franchise after my last two experiences. Not recommended and I would only come back if someone else was buying.

Perhaps I’ve been spoiled by the location at Cumberland. They usually always have a line, but the wait is pretty short. Expect the same food, multiple the weight time and you have this Chipotle in Cumming.

My experiences with other Chipotle’s have been excellent, so I was really excited that this one was built just a stone’s throw away from home. But«disappointing» was the only word that I could give for this one. FOOD: my family and I ordered a variety of things. chicken burrito, steak burrito, and quesadillas. All were just average and nothing great. But the thing that irked me with this visit was… HORRIBLECLEANLINESS. We were mid-dinner visitors — 6pm. The line was not very long, but EVERYTABLEWASFILTHY and stayed that way the whole time we were there. Not one table was cleaned. The floor had so much lettuce, crumbs, napkins, rice and everything else, that there was no decent place to sit. We ended up at one of the tall sitting tables and watched every other guest walk their way slowly trying to find themselves a clean spot to eat. Most ended up giving up and heading out to the patio. It was way too warm for us to sit out there. I wish i could post the pics I took of the place. The shift/store manager came out into the dining area a couple of times, but did not seem to notice its condition. We might try it one more time, but I hope they read this to just take in the advice.

I love Chipotle and used to eat at the Duluth location about once a week, so I was really excited when the Cumming location finally opened. I’ve eaten there 3 times now with my husband, and it’s unfortunate to say, but this location leaves a lot lacking. First off, they are still super slow to get customers through the line. I can overlook that to an extent, but I can not overlook the disgusting, filthy environment. Every table covered in food, the floor covered in food, the drink station covered in food. Trash cans overflowing. It’s been like this every time and is inexcusable when I count the number of employees working the joint. Making your customers clean up other people’s messes so that they can sit down to eat is beyond poor service. We won’t be back any time soon.

So today was my 3rd attempt to eat at this place which I was excited to see open close to my home. I eat at this chain often and it’s normally one of my favorites. After a terrible experience on the 3rd visit I’ll just go back to driving to the one by north point. Experience 1: extremely slow moving line to start off. I ask for sour cream and cheese on my burrito and the girl working puts 2 giant spoons of sour cream and a fistful of shredded cheese all in one spot. I noticed it but just let it go. Then the girl that rolls it decides to basically wad it into a ball as if she has never seen what a burrito looks like with ingredients spilling out of the back. .. Ah, it’s ok, that’s what the tin foil is for? She then uses the tinfoil to roll it back into a burrito shape ;) gee, thanks. After two bites of my sour cream, cheese and tortilla ball I threw it away and went and got a sandwich. Experience 2: Actually not that busy and everything starts off fine. But then again a fail at the rolling station. The say«roll» for a reason. The girl working proceeds to fold the tortilla from all directions at the same time into a tortilla flower also tearing the tortilla in 3 places. Again foil, the duct tape of the burrito world I’m realizing, will make this one all better. I had to eat it with a fork out of the foil like a burrito bowl. Experience 3: at this point i know not to expect the burrito to be rolled like a normal one. They failed again(see above). But the kicker this time? The chicken was cooked but refrigerator cold. This made the beans and rice the only warm items on the thing and even with them, not so much. The tortilla was raw like the dude didn’t heat it long enough. All in all it just tasted gross. Cold slimey blech wadded up into a ball like only this location knows how. This place needs new management badly and they just opened. I won’t be back!

I like the wraps but you have to try their bowls. Great food and great addition to Marketplace.

A resounding meh. Overpriced for one thing for the small amount of food you get. I’m betting families like us are going to get sticker shock and won’t be back for a second visit. Moe’s is less expensive and they include chips, no chips here without paying 2.00 more. And if you want gaucamole it’s two more bucks. One person and his wife’s opinions but didn’t taste as good either as Moe’s or Gecko grille which was the final nail.

I love Chipotle and eat at several location around town quite often. I am terribly disappointed with my experience at this new location. Upon arriving what stood out most was the restaurant was disgustingly filthy. The floors were covered in rice and used napkins and the tables were all covered in the remnants of the previous guests meal. We found a table but had to track down a staff member to ask them to please come clean it and sweep the floor around us. The line was only moderately long but moved abnormally slow, I will write this off to new staff, no big deal here. What I can’t overlook is that at a burrito place the person that rolled my burrito had no idea what she was doing. It was rolled very loosely and I even asked her to roll it a little tighter which she obliged and attempted to roll a second time. This was a huge mistake on my part as this only made the problem worse. When I got to the table I had to unroll my burrito and just eat it with a fork. I was not very pleased! Overall I will not be returning to this location again anytime soon as all these problems related to poor management. #welcometomoes

Very Fresh and friendly staff. So glad they opened one here in Cumming! My tacos were excellent and I would totally recommend this place!
