Paul Martin Interiors

Recently stopped by this store. Absolutely beautiful merchandise, especially for Christmas. Originally had no plans to purchase but couldn’t resist. Staff is amazing and the owner, Paul, took so much of his time putting things together, giving advice on furniture, paint color, accessories, etc.
Thank you Paul. I’m a customer for life.

First I’ll say I do not have knowledge of this business’s interior furnishings or design services because it never got that far! Someone I met in passing told me that they were having a huge sale, possible a store closing, and that I should check them out. I called the store to make sure they were open and to get their hours. When THE OWNER (I assume Paul) answered he told me he had no idea what I was talking about and that he was the owner so he should know. I thought he was being sarcastically funny but then when I said maybe I misunderstood and asked him if they were not going out of business but just having a sale. He yelled «Lady, I don’t know what you’re talking about» and slammed the phone down. I was not rude in any way only trying to get their hours and to see what kind of sale they were having and services they offered. I would not care if he offered the best furnishings at the best prices and had exceptional design service I would never deal with someone that treated their customers or potential customers so rudely. So I will never set foot in his store or recommend them to anyone. As someone that is trying to furnish their new 5 BR home I can only say, in the words of Julia Roberts in Pretty Women…“big, big mistake… huge!” (BTW, I typically never posts reviews anywhere, good or bad. But this man was so rude that I felt potential customers should know).
