I recently took 2 of my push mowers here to get fixed. One was pretty old and have taken in for service twice before somewhere else only to have it quit on me after a few days. Denise called to inform me that to completely fix the problem it would likely cost more than it was worth and that they too could get it running but it would do the same again. I was very grateful for their honesty!
The second mower needed a part ordered but since it was right before the holiday weekend the part wouldn’t be in for a few days. Without hesitation or me asking they called and offered me a loaner mower so I could cut the grass for the holiday weekend at no charge! What great customer service!
This company is honest, friendly and has great customer service with reasonable prices! I will definitely use again!
It is a little difficult to find as my GPS wouldn’t take me to exact address but I called and Denise directed me in with no problem.
