I stopped in really quick last week to see if they could change my right blinker which was out. I talked with the guy at the front while my car was getting a new bulb in it, when my car was done, he told me it was on the house & wished me a good day!
I was having a tough week & he made me smile with a sweet gesture! He also got himself a future customer. I will being going back to Dekalb Tire Co.
The staff was friendly, smiling, and genuinely good people.

These guys are as good as it gets. They won my support several years ago when we had a flat tire the morning we were leaving on an out of town trip — got us in and out in an hour. Since then they have given great service and I don’t take my vehicles anywhere else for maintenance or repair. Just wish they had an emissions machine.

I only go one place for all the work on both of my vehicles, as well as tires, and that is Dekalb Tire. They are trustworthy, good communicators and efficient in delivery of your vehicle. Also, they are proactive, but not pushy, about what is needed next in the lifecycle of your vehicle. I won’t be paying high prices at dealers again with such a quality group just around the corner from me.
