If I could leave negative starts I would. The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with, period. Because I work from home and the internet/customer service is HORRIBLE, this company has cost me hundreds of dollars. Customer service wait times are atrocious, and calls are«dropped» after being on hold for up to an hour. I personally have spent 5 hours on the phone with customer service INONEDAY because of «dropped» phone calls. I cannot get any other service provider because this is the only company that is connected to where I live. I have personally dealt with 5 different techs since moving in less than 1 year ago because they all quit due to poor management, and lack of ability to properly fix the service. I could give more examples of how poorly operated, and managed this company is but in all honestly if I was reading this I wouldn’t believe what I was reading and would think someone was just exaggerating. Please do yourself a favor and don’t get service through Broadstar.
