Supreme Pizza

Our go to pizza place! But it’s not only for their pizzas. The subs are amazing! My favorites are the steak combo, linguiça sub or the bife a Casa wrap! Absolutely delicious. Every time we’ve called in an order the girls are always so friendly. Delivery is pretty quick and the driver is always so nice. Any time he delivers he remembers that we are new to the area and always asks how we are settling in and how we like the neighborhood. Great service and great food! A must try!

The first time I went to supreme I ordered a plain Caesar salad and It was mediocre. Not a tone of lettuce in the container but it tasted fine. I decided to give them another chance and I’m glad I did. Since then I have zero complaints about the food, the wraps are delicious! Plus, I love that I can order from my computer and work and just run out quickly to pick it up. I’m so glad I’m moving nearby!

This is our go to pizza place. Our favorites are the southwest chicken salad, and the steak and cheese sub. The food is always great and the service is usually pretty good.

Love Supreme. But ordered a spinach pie tonight, add olives & chicken. And they forgot to add spinach.

Until today I have always ordered from Supreme because they are close by and they had great .50 cent buffalo wings on Sunday… Today I had the misfortune of speaking with a rude employee who absolutely changed my mind about this business… I called to order .50 cent wings, a salad and a wrap… and I was told in an extremely rude fashion that they don’t have 50 cent wings… No explanation (I found out on my own that they only offer wings for .50 cents during football season) thanks google. no thanks bitchy phone staff… Sorry to say but from now on… my order for every Sunday will be from Manville Pizza… it’s the only other pizza place that is close by and delivers… You need better staff, a larger variety of wings and menu overall…

When we go to the area we usually grab a couple pizzas from there. Tasty! I’ve never been in the restaurant as someone always goes to pick it up, but they food is never a disappointment!

I’ve been a loyal customer for years and recently it appears that they cannot keep up with demand. Food has been below average, delivery is always 30 min+ late (either take out or delivery) and it’s a little rude when you can’t get a word out when you call in an order and all you hear is «please hold». I’ve been ordering from these guys for years and the service has continued to decline. Previous owner George would never allow the customer service to suffer like it has.

I was a huge fan of Supreme Pizza and talked my husband into giving it a try. I have to say that on our recent visit, and my husband’s first visit, I was disappointed. The calzones used to be stuffed with ingredients, but not so this time. I will surely give Supreme another try, but I hope they step it up and realize that they are falling off a bit.

Parking can be tough during busy times.

Ordered a pizza and a steak and cheese for delivery. Was told 30 minutes, took an hour and 10 minutes. Food was underwhelming and arrived cold.

OH MY GOD. There was a frigging staple in my veggie burrito!
I was just chewing my very mediocre tasting burrito when all of a sudden my teeth crunched down on something way too sharp and hard to be rice or beans. At first I thought «hmm, this burrito really sucks, so maybe it’s just under cooked rice,» but thankfully I decided to check. I spit out a staple! A STAPLE.
Don’t eat from this place. I don’t care if you’re on your lunch break and they’re the only place delivering to you. I don’t care if you’re wasted and just really need a burrito, trust me, you don’t need it that bad.
Wish I could get my money back. My husband and I bought two of these wretched things. Such a waste of money.

I go fairly often for lunch as I work nearby. The lunch special is a great deal, and they are always extremely nice, even when it’s extremely busy.

Driver came up to the door and just smoked a cig seconds before coming to the door. The manager argued with my husband about this over the phone. The manager was rude, inexperienced in customer service, and completely out-​of-​line. He asked my husband if he had been drinking tonight! What?! Not to mention the steak tip salad was pretty pathetic for $ 9.00. What happened to the Supreme we used to love?
Update: I met with the owner after the rude manager called to tell me the delivery driver was coming by to offer an apology and a $ 10 gift card. I thought this was really cool until the manager preceded to argue with me again. I hung up the phone and drove to Supreme to talk to the owner. The owner was a nice guy with a lot of pride for his business but I did not feel like he actually listened to me. He made a comment about my husband «cooling off.» He kept cutting me off to tell me about how hard his employees work and vented to me about how difficult it is «being in this business.»
He said he thinks of his business as the NE Patriots. If they have a winning season everyone is on board but if they lose, stadiums aren’t filled, etc. Thats probably the worst analogy he could have made considering if you have a losing game (bad customer service and food that’s missed its mark), you will lose fans.
I left there with a new menu and no gift card.
There was no real effort to understand my problem with the rude manager. It was just an owner sticking up for his young, inexperienced manager who was sticking up for his delivery driver. We weren’t looking to get anything free, just wanted to relay a less-​than-​par experience. We won’t be back.

Here’s another review where I wish we could give ½ stars. I would love to give supreme 3.5 stars, but they really don’t deserve 4 stars and I wouldn’t give them 3 stars usually, but they forgot to deliver my sauces today, so I’m going with 3.
My office is in the area, so we order from Supreme quite often. I have had a few of their items but I’ve come to settle on the marinated grilled chicken tips with a side of their Spanish rice. The chicken is nice and tender with a fantastic flavor from the marinade. Other than today, I usually order and receive bbq sauce and hot wing sauce and mix those together for a dip. Obviously I’m still a little bitter about receiving honey mustard in stead… yeah a little petty.
They have a really good cheese steak and chicken parm. I usually order the chicken parm with grilled chicken instead of the fried (see above statement about the marinade).
The delivery times can vary. Usually they’re within 10 minutes of delivery time however they have been 20 minutes late before and 10 minutes early. Kind of a crap shoot, so be sure to allow enough time.
Like I said, this is a 3.5 star place.

Where do I even begin… This place is amazing with amazing food and the staff is awesome. They know me by name I go in there so much!!! Delivery service is pretty good, dine in is also great. Free garlic bread when you dine in and the prices are great. How can you go wrong for lunch with their 2 slice combo and a soda for less than 5 bucks. I rave about this place to everyone. One of the better establishments for quick great quality food in this immediate area. Love supreme and staff. Management is amazing as well. Repeat customer on a twice a week basis here!!!

Just got off the phone with Supreme Pizza. We are a local business in Cumberland who likes to order for the employees every Friday from local restaurants. We decided today to try out Supreme. After gathering everyone’s orders (11 people plus appetizers) I called to place the order.
On the menu online it clearly shows «Baked Cod Fish» under the dinner section which comes with «your choice of two: French fries, Cajun Waffle Fries, Onion Rings, Coleslaw, Side Salad or Spanish Rice» We chose to order the Cod dinner with Coleslaw and a Side Salad.
I was told on the phone that we could only get the cod with a salad or rice and if we wanted Coleslaw we had to order a pint of it for $ 3.50. I asked to speak to a manager who told me the same thing. When I asked why the menu shows it under the dinner with choice of two he said it was a mistake, which I respect. I then said that I was about to place a $ 120 order and requested that he make an exception, and uphold what the menu says, and add a small scoop of coleslaw with the fish. He said they couldn’t do it and that he would not do it without charging me.
When I told him he was about to lose a very large order over a scoop of coleslaw I was accused of «Leveraging for Free Food» Really??? All I was asking was for what was listed on the menu to be followed, and honestly, it was a scoop of Coleslaw! I wasn’t trying to get free steak here!
Needless to say, I hung up the phone and called Cumberland House Of Pizza… who we always love to order from! We will never order from Supreme again!

Better than corporate pizza, but it’s pretty typical and nothing special. You’ll be okay, but I didn’t find it to be the best pizza or worth the effort. There’s better out there. This one is here for the convenience factor. I will recommend the garlic-​onion combo, and while it smells super strong, it tastes quite good.
Regardless, I just can’t say too much positive things about this one. Just okay and a little bland. You won’t be disappointed, but you also won’t be glad with your investment.
Service is all right. Not much atmosphere.
Parking is easy.

Supreme pizza is a go to favorite for my family once a week. The pizza is always exactly how I want it, which does tend toward the greasier side, but that’s the style I like. Their ricotta calzones are delicious, it’s hard to find a place in RI that has ricotta as an option, and that’s how I thought all calzones were made growing up in CT!
The staff deserves a lot of credit for operating so well in such a small space-there’s a rhythm they have to consistently meet the expectations of their customers even when the place is slammed with orders, and always with courtesy and friendliness.

What I like here is the lunch specials. you can get 2 big slices of cheese pizza and a fountain soda with free refills for $ 3. Can’t beat that! Pepperoni and daily specialty slices are available for 75 cents more.
Only downside to coming here is the major lack of seating. only 6 – 7 booths and a couple tables in the middle. really small place. there’s been times I’ve tried to go for lunch and with no place to sit down I go next door for Chinese. ive seen lots of people walk in and right back out due to no place to sit down. wonder how much money they are losing?
I’ll continue to come here.

We have been eating at Supreme for years. I previously rated them a 4, but the past few months, the pizza has started to get greasier and the ingredients less generous. The prices have also gone up as the quality has gone down.
Overall, decent food with nice delivery guys, but not something I would rush to buy for company (unless it’s the high schoolers).
