Same Day Screen

Great service & a pretty awesome dude. I haven’t had time to meet up with him and fix my phone, but after 2 months of post-​poning we managed to meet up and get my screen fixed. It took almost an hour & my phone looks brand new. Pretty satisfied with the screen replacement!

I’m starting to think some of these reviews are fake because one of the reviewers said she went in to fix her Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and they had the parts for that particular phone and had it «fixed right away». Well I had a completely different experience with the people here at same day screens. I called Antone, on Wednesday Oct. 21^st and told him about my phone (mind you I had to call twice before anyone answered the phone and this was after the establishment had opened) I told him that I needed my phone fixed asked for a price and he gave it to me. He then informed me he didn’t have the parts for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 but that he would order them and that they would get there within 1 – 2 days and that it would take him anywhere from 2 – 3 hours to get the phone fixed, I said okay and he told me to come in Thursday and have the phone fixed. Thursday comes and I call to make sure he had the parts before I drove there and he tells me the parts didn’t come in that they wouldn’t be in until next Thursday, the 29^th again I said okay I’ll come in Thursday.
I waited a week called him Wednesday the day before to make sure I could still come in (mind you again I have to call him 3 – 4 times until he answers to get an answer from him) he finally answers and tells me yes they should be here by Thursday they might even come in today if they do I can give you a call and you can come in. He never called so I assumed the parts would arrive until the next day. Thursday comes around and I take the day off to make sure I have time to go there and wait the 2 – 3 hours to get the phone fixed. So I call again and call and call and call I called this guy every hour on the hour and he never answered my calls I even left polite messages asking for him to give me a call back and let me know if he could still do the job, no response. I give the guy the benefit of the doubt and wait until Friday (again I miss work) I call Friday again multiple times again every hour on the hour no response I leave voicemails asking him to please return my call and let me know if he didn’t receive the parts or if he can’t fix the phone to please let me know so I can continue to find someone else.
Again no response, this is what got me the most upset was the lack of customer service and the lack of common courtesy to even answer the phone and tell me he couldn’t do it, instead waiting over a week I could have went elsewhere but I trusted in Antone to get the parts and get the phone fixed and was let down. At the end of the day I was left with absolutely no response from Antone, 2 days of missed work and at the end still a broken phone. If you want to get your phone fixed in a timely manner I’d suggest going elsewhere. It’s a shame this place has a 5 star review rating and it doesn’t match up to their customer service, due to this I feel the past reviews are biased and fake.

Great service! Antone was professional, quick and made my phone look brand new. I had a very shattered screen and now it looks great and works perfectly. Antone went went out of his way to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. I highly recommend!

Great experience with Same Day Screen. Was able to get my wife’s screen fixed quickly and has one of the best prices around. I also able to get get some questions answered in regards to some issues I had with my Mac. When you call ask for Antone, really friendly guy and he will help you as best as he can.

I had a great experience with Same Day Screens! Antone was very friendly and did an awesome job fixing my screen. My screen was completely shattered and missing pieces but he was able to get it off clean and replace it with a brand new screen. The repair was completed quickly and now my phone looks brand new.
