I’m a public school teacher and don’t have the budget to throw money at a computer problem, especially if I’ll have to buy a new system anyway. This was my situation and I went to a few top rated Mac places before going to Anthony as a last resort. Here is the reason I took the time to write this review; when I walked in he said he would just open the computer to see if it was worth spending the money to fix. No one else offered something so decent! Then he delivered the bad news in a way that almost made me relieved. Now I have a new computer and he has set time aside to help me install software and better understand my new computer. Bottom line, Anthony is a really honest, decent guy. Computer care is like health care. You need to trust your doctor or in this case, your computer whisperer. Thank you Anthony for going above and beyond to help me.
