Today at 12:40pm I reactivated my phone and they charged me $ 35, which is too much money for a reactivation fee. Then, I tried to make a phone call at 4:30pm and the operator told me that my phone wasn’t activated! Since I was in downtown LA at the time of the phone call, I decided to go to the nearest Metro PCS to fix my problem. The salesperson told me that my phone wasn’t reactivated and that he couldn’t fix it, that I had to go back to the store in Culver City. He also told me that they ripped me off because they charged me too much to reactivate my phone. At the store that he works, they charge $ 3! So I go back to the store in Culver City and demanded my money back to the salesperson who supposedly reactivated my phone number, whose name is Gadi, and he has tells there’s nothing he can do that in this area that is the price they charge to reactive phones. This store is a rip off and the employees don’t know what they’re doing or they know too much that they know how to take one’s money away. If you want to get ripped off, then this is your store. I also called Metro PCS customer service and they told me the same stupid answer that the stores can charge whatever price they please. If they want to charge you $ 100 dollars, they can! The stores have total authority over that matter!

I first have to say don’t go to this Metro PCS store because the employees there have no idea what they are doing. I went in to get new service and then convinced my brother to get the family plan with me and they messed up my brother’s activation. My brother had service with TMobile and they told him that if he switched to Metro he could use his TMobile phone. My brother believed iit and switched and his phone never did work. They lied to him just to get business. My brother had to go 4 times back to the store because of problems with the service. They don’t know how to activate phones there. They told my brother to go to the corporate store to have them fix his phone and it turned out to be just another store. What a waste of time he made in going to that store. It was a very frusterating ordeal and we will never go back there. They also entered an extra line that i was going to have to pay until i finally called Metro myself to correct that. At the end my brother ended up having to buy a new phone from Metro which he didnt want to in the first place. TOTALRIPOFFS
