At the Culver City mall, I see people eating ice creams, Coffee bean breads, Wetzel Pretzels, Popcorn, etc… but I just like sipping on an ice cold lemonade. I think I am going to get the Souvenir cup to save money. The cup is $ 4.74 and refills are $ 2.18 with Tax.

So I was so thirsty this past weekend at Westfield Mall that I thought to have one of my favorite lemonades from Hot Dog on the Stick. They only have small and extra large, «extra large is only $.50 cents more,» they love to say. Well because I was extra thirsty, but preferred a medium I paid the extra $.50 cents; so why was it watery!!! ugghhhhh.

I am a current employee here and it isn’t the best location to eat at as well as work at. There have been numerous occasions where roaches have been seen by employees. One recent incident being Friday, July 10. An employee closing the store killed a roach while cleaning up. The front and back of the store does not get cleaned as thoroughly as it should. As far as the crew goes, it’s a huge mess. The management team needs ton of work and there’s constant conflict between crew members. I used to love this place. I wore the uniform proudly. But now I know how horrible the company really is. My grandmother had a stroke today and I was labeled as irresponsible because I could not come in for my opening shift. Do not eat here! DONOTWORKHERE!

My kids love the lemonade but the guest service sucks! There’s only one employee and she looks like she doesn’t want to be at work :(she doesn’t smile and she looks upset.

Bomb. I love the Nathan’s hot dog minis with that delicious batter around them. Can’t go wrong with a cherry lime lemonade either although my blood sugar might say otherwise.

Love me some Hot Dog on a Stick! Lemonade = bomb. Hot dog on a stick = batter coated goodness. Cheese on a stick = God is good. Hot Dog on a Stick will always hold a special place in my heart.

HOTDOGON A STICKISGOINGBANKRUPT? who doesn’t love HOTDOGON A STICK? well, i know someone who doesn’t, but if his wardrobe is any indication of good taste, then he ain’t got it! aside from the cool history of the little hut on the beach, and being part of the mall memories that gave life meaning to this Valley Girl, HDOS does have some yummy grub. while i mostly avoid composite meat, i do remember the tasty FRESHCORNDOGS that came out of their fryer. I still love their PEPPERJACKCHEESEON A STICK, and their cold, FROSTYLEMONADE has no equal, as far as i’m concerned. just the right sweetness and flavor. so what could be the problem? it’s a little PRICEY. a LARGELEMONADE is $ 3.67OTD(in SaMo it would be even higher). the bankruptcy has been attributed to high lease costs. maybe they oughtta try LOWERING their prices??? in any event, get your favorite items while you can! happy Unilocaling and here’s to tasting life! :)

Typical Hot Dog on a Stick. Hot Corn Dogs, hot crispy fries, not too sweet lemonade. There is a bit of a wait especially if they have a line. I really like the pepper jack cheese stick. Service is ok. I feel the prices are a bit high for the combo. Pretty much $ 9 for a corn dog, fries and a drink. I know hot dogs, the batter, potatoes and their drinks don’t even add up to $ 1. They’re making bank. Oh well. Fast food nation. Lol

The cheese stick was the usual American cheese but the original turkey hot dog didn’t taste the same. Maybe they changed vendors. Lemonade was too sweet, I passed on that.

It’s a hot dog on a stick! How can you go wrong? Although its in the Fox Hills mall(which has had a serious make over since I’ve been in there last) these corn dogs, and various lemonades are DELICIOUS!

Not my favorite of locations. The girls, because they’re nothing but teens, are so busy flirting with the guys that walk by they can’t get an order correct. Asked for a limeade, got a lemonade. When I told them it was incorrect all they did was put a(yes, ONE) pump of «limeade» syrup in my cup. And one thing I totally dislike about fast food places where they serve you the drink is that they never wipe the cups off before handing them to you. If you were to ask for a napkin they look at you as if it’s not their job to service you. My hands are sticky and so is my phone as I type this review.

*based on this location* I love me some corndogs… and when someone fucks up your corndog TWICE it just pisses me off! Shopped at target and stopped by to grab a corndog and cherry lemonade. It was bad all around… the bread was burnt and the batter was not cooked on the inside…*throw up face *…so i took it back, they gave me another more burnt corndog and same thing! So i go back for a 3rd and final time… i get what a corn dog is suppose to be like… but im eating it forcefully. Ugh…i hate it when your food gets fucked up when you crave it the most. Extra star for giving me a «free item» stamp card. She couldve given an extra refill too! …im just bitter

Sure, some day are better then others, but freshly fried cheese stuffed corn bread on a stick is NEVER a bad thing!

Went here since I had a Groupon and was strolling the mall on a Saturday afternoon. The point about fast food is just that – Fast! Yet waiting in line while the cashier was flirting the the person in front of me and giving him free samples of food was rather annoying. To make things worse, the lady who gave me my lemonade did not snap the lid on tight and the drink ended up spilling on my dress! So lame! Probably will not go back again.

The gold standard for corn dogs, in my opinion. The batter is substantial, tasty and not greasy at all. The dogs are the turkey variety so they save you a few calories. I suppose you can make them up by ordering the Cheese on a Stick, though. The employees are always friendly and cheerful despite those ridiculous uniforms. Always a good choice when you’re unlucky enough to have to go to a mall. The only con — the lemonade is overpriced.

Whats a good snack to eat when youre at the mall and slightly hungry? A CORNDOG!!! And whats better than a corndog? A G-D DAMNCHEESESTICK!!! pepperjack! one of the best things to ever enter ANY mall. LIKES: Everything DISLIKES: Nothing really… maybe the lemonade? makes me thirsty afterwards. VERDICT: Oh god im craving a pepperjack cheesestick right now…

*** HDOAS is a modern throwback to the 50s. *** Store design is attractively bright, upbeat, their cashiers’ uniforms are cute and they make some fresh lemonade too. All of that is kinda special imo. And that is exactly what drew my kid’s attention b/c he begged me to stop here when we left Target. +1 star for a unique styling scheme in a mall. However, I cannot boast about their food. ;( My kid was underwhelmed. He is picky. *** Btw Target’s food is worse; it’s atrocious! ***
