I went in here on a Wednesday afternoon to get a new iPhone. I was immediately assisted by a representative who started the process, which is awesome. Everything was smooth until he told me that I couldn’t buy the phone full retail price and that the only way was through the AT&T installment plan. WTF right? If I have the money on hand, why would I HAVE to use your payment plan? Long story short, he lied– according to an AT&T customer care representative. He also included insurance that I didn’t request. He told me he would discount the glass screen protector but never did. Basically, this AT&T store representative(Anthony Hogan) lied to get his sale. I’d recommend going elsewhere to avoid the hassle, especially if you want to buy it at full retail price.

Walked into this AT&T store today and was absolutely blown away by the customer service. I hope you can sense my sarcasm. There were four guys, all of whom were sitting down, chatting amongst one another. One associate did ask if I needed help, but in the most robotic/couldn’t care any less attitude. I have always revived great customer service from AT&T stores, so I’m sad to see this essentially brand new store with such poor standards.

Juan or JP was great! Amazing customer service and easy to communicate with. I am really not a big Fox Hills Mall guy, in fact, I hate the place. But the next time I have any business to do in person, JP and this store will be the reason why

Staff is super friendly came in for a prepaid sim. Found out that my phone is not at&t but an international phone! The guy was able to set it up for me even though it wasn’t att. Spent a good while there at the store, but after an hour the internet works!!! Wasn’t to happy about the activation fee, but worth it. I now hve my phone working. Went to another store and they didn’t bother really helping me out definitely coming again if I need any help. Thank you guys

The staff is young and they don’t take their job seriously. I was upgrading my phone and I was helped by a seemingly inexperienced sales person with a nonchalant attitude. I wasn’t given all the options and as a result I had to return to the store 3 times! All easy fixes if I had been helped by a salesperson who took their job seriously.

Avoid this store at all costs. The service is terrible and the sales pitch is a scam. I changed my plan/phone and left thinking my bill would be one thing but when I got it, it was $ 20 a month more. The manager even admitted they didn’t give me the proper paperwork when I left. Then he basically hung up on me.
