I called yesterday afternoon see if an item was in stock and then put that item on hold. When I arrived later the item had been sold. There was no apologies just an «we’ve been busy.» I understand the object of a business is to make money and it is hard to resist selling an item to make money versus taking a chance that the person who placed the hold will actually come in. However their selfish error has lost them more business then it was probably worth as I won’t shop there again.

I had seen a post that they were no longer here at the mall. Looked into it and they are STILL here! :^D I’m SO happy, this store never lets me down. They always have what I need and they are really nice and knowledgable. It’s my go to store.

I was shocked when the sales boy, probably named Jose, told me to stop messing up his t-shirts on display; I replied that it is called shopping… Needles to say in all my 30+ years shopping I have never come across such an unhappy/rude sales person… shame on you. I will no longer shop in a store where customer service doesn’t matter!

Walked in with my Son on a week day. No one else was in the store. After walking in circles, obviously needing assistance, i noticed one guy folding shirts while the guy behind the counter held a phone conversation bragging on how great his fantasy draft was. i made eye contact with him 3 times. Not a «can I help you», «finding what you need Sir».nothing. At least his fantasy team sounded great. SMH…

went to this store two days before christmas it was pretty busy but even so they was willing to help find what i need i found it and got a 5 gift card on top of that thanks fanzz
