You know a donut place is good when there is a line out the door on any given weekday. Will come back when I need my carb fix!

Oh beautiful Cali donuts how I missed you. Donut King, on Sepulveda Blvd, you did not disappoint and I would give you all of my monthly donut budget if I could.
Pros:

+ Located in a small parking lot, when I went, plenty of parking spaces were open, street parking available on Sepulveda.

+ Cheap prices, I paid 4.75 for half a dozen
+ Wonderful service, the lady working the counter was kind and efficient, and gave me two extra donuts, which made my entire life, thank you Donut King
+ BOMB DONUTS. Oh my gosh, the frosting is amazing, the dough to frosting ratio is perfect, these donuts kept overnight in a bag for two days and still stuck together and maintained the perfect moisture and density a donut should have. Yummy, yummy donuts.

Donut King IS the king of donuts! This is my favorite donut shop to go when I’m in Culver. The owners are extremely kind, and they’re really fun to talk to! I love coming here in the morning to get their freshly baked chocolate donut and glazed donut holes! :)

Great place for solid traditional donuts. Prices are cheap (I got two jelly filled donuts and a plain donut for $ 3.15), service is quick and nice and they usually throw in a few free donut holes with purchase.

The donuts were not bad but they weren’t great they were decent. I was having a donut moment and needed some donuts lol so my SO went here and got me some donuts. The donuts were fine except one of them was somewhat stale or dry… In any case I would come here if I needed another donut fix and nothing else wasn’t near by.

Every time I buy donuts they are deliciously fresh, soft fluffy and moist. The staff is always very friendly and fast. They also have iced coffee that is surprisingly really good and cheaper than Starbucks. This business only accepts cash but they do have an ATM and private parking.

The donut is fresh and fluffy. I came in around 10 am on a Monday ³⁄₂₈ and the display was well stocked. There was two guys in front of me. They were buying a dozen donuts but short on some change. The guy said it was ok and let them have it. I thought that was nice of the man at the register to do.
As I had only bought one donut, the nice man threw in some extra FREE donut holes with my donut. That was nice. I like when donut shops do that. Thus forth it gives me more incentive to come back for great, polite, and attentive service.
My donut was fresh, fluffy, and tasty. Not stale. I liked the variety of options.

Donuts were good but not amazing, but I was happy I could get a dozen for $ 8. I usually get an Old Fashion donut with chocolate glaze at every shop I visit and the one here was dry and kinda hard. However the glazing on it was really good, so that kinda saved the donut.
Good place to stop by if you live in the neighborhood but don’t expect too much from the donuts.

The lady threw in an extra donut and I didn’t even notice until I got home! And it was even the one I was looking at before I made my decision. The apple fritters are the best in LA.

Good donuts
I ordered my go to donut – the rainbow sprinkle cake with vanilla icing. I also ordered glazed donut holes and it tasted fresh with just the right amount of glaze icing. I also ordered a french donut with pink icing. These donuts were both reasonably priced. I think $.85 for sprinkle and french donut and $.10 or $.15 for donut holes.
Only bad part was the price of the cappuccino. I think it was $ 4 and some change for a large. Thats pretty overpriced considering its a machine dispensing water and cappuccino flavoring.
Overall, i choose this place over any donut shops in the area.

It’s 4:30 a.m. and for some ungodly reason I’m awake. Naturally my mind turns to food, but what should I get? Most breakfast places aren’t open, and the few places that are ²⁴⁄₇ are too greasy.
Then it hits me, like a lightning bolt; donuts! I start Unilocaling and find out that the liege of donuts is opening in just 15 minutes! 7 minutes later I’m speeding down LA’s empty streets, 8 minutes after that, I’m speeding home with a cool half dozen. They got sprinkles, they got old-​fashioneds, they got the ones with the fillings (if you’re into that sort of thing).
Self-​congratulations and back-​pats all around.

As a Culver City native its really sad that we have to rely on this sad little donut hole in the wall. Culver city used to have multiple coffee shops, a drive in theater and a record store, now all of that is gone. This donut shop is extremely tiny and doesn’t accept credit cards, CASH ONLY. Not my type of donut place at all.

We spent the day at the beach and wanted to treat everyone to a donut afterwards. We happen to drive up to the Donut King and let the kids each pick a donut. As my husband was paying he noticed that the lady helping us had added another half dozen to the dozen we had ordered. When he said there was more in there she said she thought it would be a fun surprise for the kids when we got in the car. Even though it was about 7:30 pm the donuts were super fresh and had the entire cabinet to chose from. The woman working there was an absolute delight and talked to us for quite awhile about her Cambodian heritage. We loved the Donut King!

Donut king is a no-​frills donut shop that gets the job done. I like to bribe my coworkers with donuts every so often and for less than $ 10 I can get a dozen donuts, The King chooses the assortment, and throws in lots of minis for free.

The donuts were whatever. You can get them anywhere. They all mostly taste the same to me…
Make sure you bring cash for purchase.

Great and cheap!
Stopped in to pick up a dozen and a half of donuts to bring in to work and was in and out in maybe two minutes. Total price= &12 and got some free donut holes to munch on for the ride to work
There is a private parking lot but it’s smalllll. But turnaround of cars/​customers is so quick a spot opens up right away if you’re waiting

Much like Game of Thrones, there appear to be several places calling themselves King these days. I finally checked out this tiny donut vendor and it probably isn’t the true Donut King … maybe more of a Lord or Ser, but definitely not a Bastard.
