Weber meats was a great place to find for the holidays. They offer very high quality meats, sausage, a moderate choice of cheeses, and a variety of pickles and condiments and other items to go with your meat choices. I was impressed by the fresh chicken, because it’s look like the chicken you see on cooking shows. Good, clean, white, and very fresh in appearance. I took the opportunity to get a nice portion of beef tenderloin for Christmas dinner. Weber needs is located about a 30 minute drive north of Galena. In the absence of another specialty butcher shop in my own town, I think I will make special trips here rather frequently.

Weber meats is without question the most professional meat market I have ever encountered. Meat is serious business here!
Management is courteous, helpful yet stringent.
Scrooge continues to monopolize operations, Bob Cratchit continues to work his ass off and Tiny Tim just hopes for the best!
