We’ve used GVHAC since 1996, when they replaced our furnace and A/​C. Today, on the first awful hot & humid of the summer, our A/​C wouldn’t come on. Within 2 hours they had fixed the problem — they really take care of their customers! We’ve probably had them out 4 times in the past 20 years and their service people are friendly & professional. We recommend them to our friends — and my daughter just used them to replace her furnace last winter.

I should probably give a 5 star simply due to price.
I called deans plumbing first as I pay them for their deans club service (10% off work and free travel charges for inspection).
Deans told me over $ 900 to replace the blower motor. So I looked up the unit and the price was $ 180. Ok so for 1 – 2 hours of work I was being charged $ 720? Apparently doctors saving lives should get paid less than a guy who went to trade school… So I called a few companies to get estimates and ended up with GV. They gave me an estimate based on what I told them and waived the travel charges as well. Came in just over $ 400 so I saved $ 500 just with a phone call.
My only qualm was the fact that I couldn’t call the technician (I tried and he didn’t respond) and he never called me to confirm the work before he started.
Just a courtesy as I wasn’t at home but it makes me feel better with better communication.
Overall good service. I will most likely be a repeat customer.
