Great experience … Love the Mother /​Daughter duo :) Very knowledgeable and helpful. Beautiful work. I only had a small (but very important) wool rug that needed special attention a couple of years ago and they did a wonderful job. The rug was ready a couple days before what they had estimated and it was perfect. I only refer the best businesses to my friends and people I work for in a personal assistant capacity … businesses that I have personally used and found to be owned by good people who give outstanding service. This coming week, I am bringing a beautiful wool rug from one of my clients and I have no doubt they will be just as pleased as I was.

Had carpets picked up on may 25. Said they would return cleaned in 7 days.
Made several calls to check after 3 weeks. No answer and no return call. Drove to the shop on 6⁄22 to see if they were still in business. They were like oh you wanted your oriental rugs? We have them. Duh!
I scheduled delivery and they did bring them out on 6⁄26. What if I hadn’t personally driven to rescue our rugs!
Charged significantly more than in prior years. Never got a quote. These folks are clueless. Find another carpet cleaning service.
